本专业以学位课为中心,以“英语角”、“英语演讲赛”、“英语戏剧表演”、“英语读书会”等第二课堂为驱动,着力提高学生的语言运用能力和跨文化交际能力。

表音密码课程简介1. 什么是表音密码对于学习英语的中国人来说,汉语是我们的母语,英语是我们希望习得的第二语言。

要学好英语,我们就应该对汉语和英语之间的共同点和不同点有一个比较清楚的了解。

有了这个了解,我们就能够明白哪些地方可以借助我们的母语来学好第二语言,哪些地方我们要避开母语对第二语言学习的影响。

我们知道汉语是象形文字,象形文字是表意不表音的。

汉字的表音系统是通过汉语拼音来实现的。

但是,用汉语拼音只能解决汉字的发音,并不能解决汉字的拼写。

我们用汉语拼音读出了汉字的发音,还是要一笔一划地掌握汉字的拼写。

正因如此,我们的语文教师才会要求小学生回家一遍遍的抄写生词,其原因是因为汉字的形和音是脱节的。

但与汉语相比,英语是字母文字,字母文字是表音不表意的,而且英文和俄文等表音文字不一样,英文的音形是不对位的,不像俄语会读字母就可以阅读,但是,一套有上千年历史的文字被无数的人广泛使用,即使有缺陷也一定有必然的内在规律,也就是说,在百万英文单词中应当隐含着一套完整的表音系统,或者叫“表音密码”。

多少年来,我们中国人用国际音标学习英语实际是绕过了英语自身的表音系统走了一个大弯路。

而且,用国际音标学习英语就等于是用学习汉语的方法学习英文。

其结果是用国际音标学会了一个单词的发音,还要一个字母,一个字母地去记住每一个单词的拼写,这是双重的浪费。

也正因如此,我们的英语教师才会像留汉语的家庭作业一样,让我们的小学生回去把一个个英语单词抄写十遍,二十遍。

这种方法在汉语学习上是讲得通的,但在英语学习上是讲不通的。

有朋友可能会问,如果掌握英文的表音密码是掌握英语的最佳途径,为什么这么多年在中国没有人教授这套表音密码呢?答案很简单,因为这套表音密码在英语的母语国家也是没有被研究出来的。

现任哈佛大学教授Mr. Connie Juel (1991) 认为:“表音密码的性质是个令人着迷的理论性问题。

我们不知道它到底是什么,但是我们知道怎样测试它:孩子们是否掌握了表音密码直接反映在他们认读假词的能力上。

供自考一年级第二学期俄语综合实践课教学使用。
