DO NOT remove this board or cut the cable between the compensation board and load cell. Removal of this board voids the calibration and warranty of the load cell.GeneralThe OMEGA®LCKD Series subminiature compression load cells arecompression-only units that are highly cost-effective. To ensureexcellent long-term stability and reliability in severe environments, theLCKD Series utilize high quality strain gages, precision gagingtechniques and all stainless steel construction. These units have a loadbutton machined as an integral part of the basic load cell. The load cellis designed to operate by mounting on a flat surface. The LCKD mustrest on a flat surface the same diameter as the D1dimension for properoperation.Shunt CalibrationThe LCKD Series are highly accurate millivolt output type load cellswith shunt calibrator for quick calibration checks. Shunt calibrationallows the user to install and calibrate the instrument in the fieldwithout the use of a dead weight tester. A 59 kilohm resistor is shortedacross negative excitation and negative signal output at the factory,which produces a simulated millivolt signal out of the transducer. Theshunt calibration signal is equivalent to a simulated pressure of:Shunt Cal mV/VSimulated Load = x Full Scale LoadCalibration Factor mV/VExample: Model LCKDWhere:Calibration Factor - 2.0315 mV/VShunt Cal - 1.4962 mV/VSimulated Load = 1.4962x 50 = 36.852.0315To set up the transducer in the field, follow these steps:1. Connect transducer excitation terminals to dc power supply.2. Connect transducer signal output terminals to readout instrument(DVM, Analog meter, etc.)3. Turn power on.4. Null transducer signal output with zero adjust potentiometer on meter.5. Short a 59 kilohm resistor across negative excitation and negativesignal output.6. Adjust the span potentiometer until the readout instrument reads thesimulated load as computed above (or that percent of full scalepressure).7. Remove 59 kilohm resistor and repeat steps 4 to 6 if necessary.(Span and Zero adjust pots may interact).8. If zero offset is less than 10% FS, user can usually re-zero meter, install proper snubber and continue monitoring pressures.2. Pressure transducer output remains constant regardless of pressure.3. In severe cases, there will be no output.HANDLINGThis instrument is susceptible to damage when exposed to static elec-trical charges. T o avoid damage to the sensor observe the following:• Ground the transducer body before making any electrical c onnections.• When disconnecting, remove ground connection last.Note:If supplied, the braided shield in the cable is not connected tothe transducer’s body and is not a suitable ground.MOUNTINGAlthough the units can withstand some vibration, it is always good practice to mount the sensor where there is minimum vibration. Dupont de Nemours)CALIBRATIONAll models are tested to meet or exceed the published specifica-tions. The calibration and testing was performed using instrumenta-tion and standards that are traceable to the U.S. National Institute of Standards and T echnology (NIST). We further certify that our cali-bration systems complies with MIL-STD-45662.Each sensor comes calibrated and does not require recalibration.The zero and span pots are accessible through the top of the case.Loosen the four screws and separate the top carefully. The zero pot is marked with a white dot. Some models have the span pot on the side of the pull out board. Be careful of static charges when touching the board (span pot will be on the opposite side from the zero pot).WARRANTYOMEGA warrants this unit to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and to give satisfactory service for a period of 13 months from date of purchase. 什么是校准?简言之,校准是对设备进行调整以使其达到厂商规格的过程。

校准有时候也可以定义为发布数据。

首先测量一下传感器输入端及输出端的电阻值,如果有此传感器的合格证的话,与合格证中标明的电阻做对比,如测得的数值超出标准范围,说明此传感器有问题。

目前常用的传感器阻值为两种:一种是低阻的,输入端为:400&Omega;&plusmn;20&Omega;,输出端为:350&Omega;&plusmn;5&Omega;;一种是高阻的,输入端为:800&Omega;&plusmn;20&Omega;,输出端为:700&Omega;&plusmn;5&Omega;;另外还可以测量一下传感器的输出信号,用数字万用表的MV 电压档,将传感器的输入端加上10VDC,然后测一下传感器的输出端电压,此电压值=10VX 传感器灵敏度X 传感器的受力值/传感器量程值;如果测量出的数值与计算出的数值相差较大,说明此传感器已损坏称重传感器本身输出的是毫伏信号4~20 毫安指的是电流信号经过放大的供电一般都是24V 交流的电源怎么用万用表判断称重传感器的输出与输入的四根线还有正负称重传感器输出电阻一般为350、480、700、1000 欧姆,输入端一般会进行一些温度、灵敏度的补偿,因此输入端电阻会比输出端高20~100 欧姆,因此用万用表量一下电阻值可以判断出来。

with liquid.◆The maintenance interval for sensor is in general half a year.In case of maintenance and cleaning,attention shall be paid not to damage the parts in the measuring cavity,particularly the impeller.During assembly,watch carefully the positional relation between guide part and impeller.◆When the sensor will be out of service for a long time,the internal liquid shall be cleaned.After OMEGA’s new infrared sensor with wirelesstransmitter features a remote IR sensor and radio wireless transmitter in a NEMA enclosure. The miniature sensor head is ideal for measuring temperatures from -18 to 538°C (0 to 1000°F) in confined, hard-to-reach places and harshenvironments. The wireless transmitter is mounted in a NEMA 4 (IP65) plastic enclosure. When activated the unit will transmit readings continuously at pre-set time interval that was programmed by the user during the initial setup. Each unit measures and transmits: IR sensor reading, ambient temperature, RF signal strength and battery condition to the host and is displayed on the PC screen in real time using the provided software. Four permanent magnets, imbedded in the rotor blades, spin past a coil in the sensor body. As the fluid flow causes the rotor to move, a sine wave signal is produced, directly proportional to the flowrate.
