Meanwhile, China has spread across the globe its knowledge and methods of traditional health care, for example, taijiquan boxing (or shadow boxing), static qigong breathing (or controlled deep breathing exercise) and therapeutic massage. // These health care methods are very effective not only in preserving physical health, but also in mental health and weight reduction.
