[摘要]目的双相情感障碍躁狂发作应用齐拉西酮联合丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗效果情况分析。方法随机选取该院2019年1月—2020年6月诊治60例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者临床资料,按随机数字表法分两组,对照组予以丙戊酸钠缓释片,研究组予以齐拉西酮联合丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗,分析两组患者疗效、认知功能及神经递质指标情况。结果治疗后,研究组显效率60.00%,对照组显效率40.00%,研究组总有效率96.67%,对照组73.33%,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.706,P<0.05);研究组TMT A(56.98±7.88)s、TMT B(80.83±8.36)s 均比对照组(62.85±7.53)、(87.96±8.52)s

低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.950、3.272,P<0.05);研究组5-HT(116.98±15.83)ng/L、DA(128.37±17.69)ng/mL 均低于对照组(155.85±16.92)ng/L、(165.96±16.54)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=9.188、8.502,P<0.05)。结论双相情感障碍躁狂发作应用盐酸齐拉西酮联合丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗,能有效改善患者认知功能,缩短机体神经递质传递时间,临床应用效果显著。

Sustained-release Tablets Combined with Ziprasidone Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Manic Episodes of Bipolar Disorder

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of ziprasidone combined with sodium valproate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of manic episodes of bipolar disorder.Methods The clinical data of 60patients with bipolar disorder manic episodes in the hospital from January 2019to June 2020were random selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group received sodium valproate sustained-release tablets,and the study group received them Ziprasidone combined with sodium valproate sustained -release tablets was used to analyze the efficacy,cognitive function and neurotransmitter indicators of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the study group was
