In the matter of the civil lawsuit between Plaintiff and Defendant, the Defendant hereby files a counterclaim against the Plaintiff.

The Defendant alleges that the Plaintiff"s claims are unfounded and without merit.The Defendant contends that the Plaintiff"s actions have caused the Defendant damages.

The Defendant demands judgment against the Plaintiff for the sum of $XXX,XXX.XX, as well as interest, costs, and attorney"s fees.
