When it comes to sightseeing in Beijing, there are so many amazing places to visit. As a local, I have been to many of them and would like to share my favorite spots with you.

The view from the Wall is breathtaking and there are many sections to choose from, depending on your preference. Personally, I recommend Mutianyu, as it is less crowded than other sections and has a beautiful scenery.
Secondly, the Forbidden City is a historical and cultural treasure. It was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties and has been well-preserved throughout the years. Walking through the grand halls and
courtyards, you can feel the power and glory of ancient Chinese emperors.
Lastly, the Temple of Heaven is a peaceful and serene place to visit. It was where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties held their annual ceremonies to pray for a good harvest. The architecture of the temple is impressive and the surrounding park is a great place for a leisurely
stroll.
