1、每日检查安全装置是否正常;

2. 本设备的各调节部位在机器出厂时都已调整到工作状态,任何非专业人员不得任意改变,如确定需要调整,应由专业人员进行。

All adjustment units have been put into operation position before delivery. No change by any non professionals at will. If necessary adjustment need to be made, it should be done by professional.
3. 防止儿童和非机器操作人员接触或接近本设备。

No approach to the equipment by any child and non-operator.
4. 在安装和调试设备之前,请仔细阅读这些安全规则和警告,以及设备上粘贴的所有警告标志,确保警告标志置于醒目的位置,并更换损坏和脱落的标志。

Before installation and commissioning, please read these security rules and warnings carefully and all warning signals on the equipment. Warning signals must be placed where easy to be read and all damaged or disappeared signals need to be restored.
5. 只有熟悉本手册所有安全说明和有关安装、调试、操作和维修的规定,正确地进行搬动、装卸、维护,是实现本设备安全和成功投入运行的可靠

Security notice for operation:
1、本机在投入运行之前,必须进行无负荷试车和负荷试车。

to the operation, it can be solved during maintenance.
6、操作人员应经常检查各部件工作情况,应绝对禁止在运转时对运

Regular check to working parts. No cleaning and repair on the working parts in operation.
7、本机驱动装置配置的慢动装置必须在空载状态下进行。

The slow moving unit must be operated in non loaded condition.
8、本机在工作过程中应保持各润滑点正常润滑。

Keep normal oiling at all oiling points.
9、通往紧急停机开关的通道应无障碍物,各走道处应有照明设施。

No obstacles in access to emergency switch and all walkways
with lighting.
一、提升机的用途及特点 Purpose and characteristics
NE型板链斗式提升机是我厂在TB型板链斗式提升机的基础上,吸收
国外同类产品的先进技术开发出的一种应用极广的垂直提升设备。

适用于向上
输送各种物料,如煤粉、砂、水泥、生料粉等。

该斗提机具有以下明显的特点:
“Qiwei” brand NE type plate chain bucket elevator develops based on TB type bucket elevator after absorbing advanced technology from world leading product of vertical lifting equipment. The series with widely application for conveying various materials such as coal
powder, sand, cement and raw material powder, etc has the following outstanding characteristics:
1、输送范围广,该型斗提机即可提升一般粉状、颗料状和块状物料,又可提升磨琢性较大的物料,且物料温度最高可达到250℃。

Wide conveying application. It is applicable for elevating general powder, granular and lump and even abrasive big lumps with the highest temperature of 250℃.
2、输送功率小,节能,该系列提升机采用喂料式进料,重力诱导式卸料。

既减少了不挖掘功,惰性功,又减少返料现象。

It is energy economical type with comparatively lower conveying power consumption. The series adopts feeding input and weighting guiding discharge, with reduction of non-digging power, inertia power and material return occurrence.

Structure and brief installation sketch
NE系列板链式提升机由上部区段、中部机壳、下部区段、运行部件、驱动装置、检修平台和吊架组成。

NE series plate chain bucket elevator is composed of upper section, middle casing, lower section, moving members, driving unit, maintenance platform and hanging racks.
1.上部区段,由传动链轮及带有轨道(双排链)的上部机壳、卸料口组成。

Upper section composed of driving sprocket, upper casing with rails(double chain) and discharging outlet.
2.中部机壳(非标准节)L=0.5~2.5米,一般安装在上部区段下第一或第二节中部机壳。

Middle casing (non standard) L=0.5~2.5m installed ordinarily at the first or second pitch under the upper section.
3.中部机壳(标准节)L=2.5米
Middle section (standard) L=2.5m
4.中部机壳(带检视门)L=2.5米。

5.下部区段,由安装有导料槽的进料口和张紧装置等组成。

NE15~
NE50采用弹簧张紧,NE100~NE800采用配重箱张紧
Lower section composed of feeding inlet with guiding chute and take-up device. Spring loaded take-up for NE15-NE50; Weighting box take-up for NE100-NE800.
6. 运行部件,由高强度套筒滚子链条和料斗组成,采用双排链牵引。

Moving members composed of high strength sleeve roller chain and buckets. Double chain carrying.
7.检修平台。

8.驱动装置,采用直联式或通过链条传动两种设计,降低了重量、减

四、提升机的搬运、安装和废品处理Moving, installation and disposal
1、提升机的搬运、吊装Moving and hoisting of the bucket elevator
本机按照GBn193-83《出口机械电工仪器仪表产品包装通用技术条件》采用裸装形
式,底部固定可以滑动,可用铲车吊车进行装卸。

The equipment is bare packed according to GBn193-83 “General technical conditions of packing for exported mechanical and
electrical instruments and meters” with bottom fastened and sliding, easy to be moved by forklift and crane.
2、提升机的安装说明Installation specification
2.1、安装前的准备工作Preparation before installation
在正式安装设备之前必须作好以下准备工作:
The following need to be done before installation
2.1.1、仔细阅读本手册和提升机安装总图,熟悉安装技术要求,按基础图检查基础尺寸是否符合要求。

Carefully read the manual and bucket elevator general installation drawing, get familiar with installation technical specifications and check basic measures according to the drawings.
2.1.2、对照安装总图和装箱清单清点零部件数量,检查其质量。

Check quantity and quality of the parts compared with the general installation drawings and packing list.
2.1.3、熟悉整机及各部件的产品说明书,了解安装、调试方法、技术要求、注意事项,准备必要的安装工具(起吊用具、测量装置、扳手等)。

Get familiar with equipment manual and master the installation, testing and technical requirements, attention notes and necessary installation tools (hoisting, measurement and wrench tools, etc)
2.2、安装顺序Installation order
2.2.1、斗式提升机是分成若干部件出厂的,因此按照现场具体情况参照下面安装顺序把各部件预先运到适当的位置,根据安装总图,参照下列顺序进行安装:根据图纸在基础上安设地脚螺栓,将下部装置固定在基础上,并校平基准面(其上法兰面)。

The bucket elevator is delivered in several parts. Based on site conditions, please refer to the following order to place the parts to proper position and assemble them according to the general installation drawings: Place anchor bolts on the foundation according to the drawing and fasten the lower section on it. The level should be checked and corrected (upper surface of flange).
2.2.2、下部装置上按照要求(检视门中部机壳按工艺要求布置)逐一安装中部机壳,可在各种机壳法兰连接处垫1-3mm密封材料。

Continuously install middle casing accordingly. 1-3mm seal material can be placed at flange connection.
2.2.3、中部机壳安装校准后,安装上部装置。

一般情况下,用户应在上部或中部(间隔10m)需设置支撑装置。

支撑装置应可靠地固定在附近的建
筑上,并允许提升机在垂直方向上可自由伸缩。

After middle casing installed, checked and corrected, the upper section will be installed. Generally, in upper section or
middle section (every 10 m) support unit should be set by the user. Support unit should be fastened firmly with the neighboring structure and keep bucket elevator flexible in the vertical direction.
2.2.4、安装驱动装置。

在上部装置安装完结后,先把两片平台用螺栓联结在上部机壳上,并用支撑杆加固,再在平台上焊接检修架和栏杆。

然后安
装驱动装置。

在驱动装置调整校平后,把驱动底座与平台牢固地焊在一起。

Driving unit installation. After installing the upper section, assemble the two parts of the platform with bolting connection and strengthened by the supporting rod. Welding maintenance rack and
rails on the platform. Mount the drive unit, check and correct the level, then firmly welding connect the drive seat with the platform.
2.2.5、安装运行部件。

先将尾轴调整到行程的最高位置,在下部检修门处把分等段组装的链斗组引入,从尾轴链轮下通过进料侧吊起,直至组装完毕。

Install the moving parts. First to adjust the tail shaft to the highest location and introduce into the chain and bucket groups one by one at the inspection door. Hoisting from the feeding side
from the tail shaft sprocket to the end of the assembly.
2.2.6、最后安装左右半罩,设置电器线路及安全保护装置。

Assemble the left an fright half cover, electrical cables and security and protection units.
3、提升机的安装要求Installation requirement 3.1提升机的基础必须整齐,不应有明显的错位。

整机中心线应力求在同一铅垂线上,总高的累
积偏差不超过表2的规定。

Bucket elevator foundation must be in order with no misalignment. The center line of the complete equipment should be in the same and the accumulated deviation should not exceed as the form
2 shows.
3.2各节中部机壳的法兰面必须整齐,不应有明显的错位。

中部机壳
的连接间允许垫入1~2 毫米厚的防水粗帆布、毛毡或石棉橡胶板,用以保证
密封和法兰面的水平度。

All middle casing flange surface must be in order with no misalignment. 1-2mm water resistance canvas, felt or asbestos rubber gasket can be used in middle casing connection to ensure level degree of seal
And flange surface.
3.3提升机主轴对水平面的平行度为3 /1000,主轴与尾轴应相互平行,上下链轮的相对位置应对准。

The major shaft of the bucket elevator has the parallel
degree against horizontal level of 3/1000. Major and tail shafts keep paralleled. Upper and lower sprocket location keep aligned.
3.4 驱动装置安装后,主轴与减速器低速轴轴线之间的径向位移不得
大于0.3毫米,最大轴线交角不得大于40。

驱动装置上电机、液力偶合器与
减速机的中心线的同轴度应在1毫米内。

逆止器逆止方向应与主轴的旋转方向相反。

After drive unit installation, axial deviation between major shaft and reducer lower speed shaft should not exceed 0.3mm and the axial angle should not exceed 40。

. Mounting motor, hydraulic coupling and reducer should keep co axial degree within 1mm. Back stop direction should keep contrary with major shaft rotation direction.
3.5本机安装要保持拉紧装置具有足够的调整行程。

在牵引件安装调整好后,未被利用的行程应不小于全行程的50%。

链条不应过紧。

During the installation, the take-up device should keep enough adjustment spacing. After the installation and adjustment of the carrying member, the unused spacing should be less than 50% of the total spacing. The chain should no the too tensioned.
3.6 对于双排链连接后的两根链条长度误差应尽可能小。

Difference of the double chain should be as little as possible after connection.
3.7在上述要求全部达到后,则将所有螺栓重新拧紧,并清除提升机内的零碎材料,向各润滑点加注必要的润滑油,即可进行空负荷试车。

After all above achieved, all bolts should be tightened. Various pieces of material left in the bucket elevator should be removed and oil should be filled at all oiling points. Then non load commissioning can be made.
4、拆卸和废品处理Unpacking and disposed parts handling
本斗提机大部分部件为裸装和少数木质包装,对于裸装的钢性底座、
铁箱和木质包装的木板,可以重复使用,请保管好底座和包装箱,以备将来使
用和返回。

对于易拆卸的螺栓,可以回收保管这些拆卸下来的零件和返还。

Most bucket elevator parts are bare packed and a few are packed in iron or wood. Hard seat in bare packing, board in iron and wood packing can be recycled. Please keep them for future use or return. For easy dismantled bolts, they can be kept or returned.
五、提升机的试车注意事项 Commissioning attention
提升机在投入运行之前, 必须进行无负荷试车和负荷试车。

Before put into official operation, bucket elevator must be made non load and load commissioning.
无负荷试车:Non load commissioning
1、在启动电机之前应注意其运行方向,切勿接反,空载功率应不超
过额定功率30%。

Before motor startup, one should pay attention to its
rotation direction. Non load power should not exceed 30% of the rated power.
2、注意料斗牵引链条及链轮的运行情况,运行部分不得与其它固定
部分发生碰撞及卡住现象,两根链条运行应一致,料斗不允许歪斜。

One should pay attention to the carrying chain and sprocket moving. Moving parts should not collide with static parts. The two chains should keep in concert. Bucket should not be lopsided.
3、检查各轴承的温升是否正常(运转2小时后,温升不大于60℃)。

润滑密封性能是否良好。

Check all bearing temperature rising (after 2 hour operation, with no higher than 60℃). And check oil and seal performance.
4、减速器是否正常,有无过激响声及渗漏现象,检查传动链条的松
紧情况。

对于非直联式减速器是注意联轴器是否安全可靠。

Check the reducer to make sure no abnormal noise or leaking. Check whether moving chain get loose. For non direct connection reducer, one should check the security and reliability of the coupling.
5、检查逆止装置,运转时是否有异常噪音和过热现象。

逆止器是否
灵敏可靠。

Check the back stop device to see whether abnormal noise and over heat occur. And check whether back stop keep sensitive.
6、检查所有紧固件是否有松动现象,停车后应特别注意料斗与链条
固定螺栓的紧固情况。

Check all fasteners whether any loosening occurs. After stop, one should pay special attention to fastening situation between
bucket and chain fastening bolts.
7、无负荷试车结束并认为满意后,可进行负荷试车。

Load commissioning can be start only after satisfactory
ending of the non load commissioning.
负荷试车:Load commissioning
1、负荷试车应按原设计的输送量及所拟输送物料的条件下进行运转。

电器控制可靠。

电动机、减速器及逆止器动转应平稳。

Load commissioning should be performed based on original designed capacity and conveyed material. Electrical control system
should be in reliable operation and Motor, reducer and back stop should be in stable operation.
2、在均匀喂料的情况下,提升机应达到设计要求的输送量,并不应有明显的回料及积塞现象。

Under even feeding, the bucket elevator should achieve designed capacity and have no apparent material return and blocking.
3、观察输送物料在料斗内填充是否均匀,检查卸料情况。

Pat attention to whether material evenly feeding the bucket and discharging performance.
4、上下部装配工作情况如何,两根链条的运行速度应完全一致,不得歪斜,运行速度是否符合要求。

Check the assembly of the upper and lower section. Check whether two chains in the same speed. No lopsided buckets and operation speed should comply with the original requirement.
5、应多次停止提升机的运行,以检查逆止器的动作是否可靠。

Several stops should be made to check back stop device reliability.
6、检查整机运行是否平稳,噪声不超过JB3926-85规定的要求。

Check whether the complete is in stable operation. The noise should comply with JB3926-85 rules.
7、负荷试车持续时间不少于16小时。

Load commissioning should last not less than 16 hours.
8、消除负荷试车缺陷,确认满意后方能移交生产。

Any commissioning defects should be removed before acceptance and put into official operation.
六、提升机的保养和润滑Maintenance and oiling
为了使提升机正常工作,保证工作可靠,增大使用寿命,用户应根据具体情况,制订维修保养制度。

In order to keep the bucket elevator in normal, reliable and longer life operation, the user should formulate the maintenance regulation. 1、例行保养 Regular maintenance
1.1、保持斗提机环境清洁,定期清扫机身和驱动装置;
Keep clean environment and do regular cleaning for the bucket elevator body and drive unit;
1.2、定期检查紧固件是否松动脱落;
Regular check for fasteners to see whether they get loose;
1.3、电器线路插头是否完好;
Check whether any problem with the electric line and plugs;
1.4、检查各润滑点(表三)是否加足。

Check whether all point with enough oil.

Intermittent 2、一级保养 Class I mainteance
2.1、整机连续运转三个月后,进行一次检查保养,防止机件过度磨损,延长整机寿命;
After 3 month continuous operation, the complete equipment should be made a check up to avoid over ware of parts and to keep a longer useful life;
2.2、清洗传动装置,给传动链加机油,更换减速机内润滑剂;
Cleaning the moving unit, oiling the moving chains and change inner oil of the reducer;
2.3、检查电磁开关的线圈铁芯是否上下灵活,油杯是否有油,油面及粘度等是否符合规格,各接触点是否良好;
Check whether coil heart of the electromagnetic switch is
free in up and down action. Check whether any oil in the oiling cup and whether oil surface and viscometric degree are qualified. Check whether any problem with touch points.
2.4、清扫电机。

Cleaning the motor.
3、二级保护 Class II maintenance
整机运转一年后,必须进行一次检查、保养并作记录,为以后保养作
参考。

After one year operation, a regular check up and maintenance will be made and recorded for later maintenance reference.
3.1、拆开电机接线盒,检查相线和相线间的绝缘,相线和铁壳间的绝缘,绝缘电阻凡不到0.5兆欧的必须查明原因,加以维修;
Open the motor terminal box and check the insulation between phase lines and between phase line and iron casing. If insulation
less than 0.5MΩ,the reason must be found out for correction.;
3.2、拆开接线板进行检查、清洗、校正;
Open the connection board for check, cleaning and correction;
3.3、检查易损件,若磨损过大,应更换。

Check easy ware members and change over ware parts.
七、提升机的使用维护 Operation maintenance
1、本机在工作过程中应有固定的操作人员,且应进行必要的培训方
可上岗。

In operation the bucket elevator should have fixed operator who need take necessary training before participation.
2、本机的使用条件(输送物料特性、工作条件、输送量等)应严格
遵守说明书的
一切规定。

Operational conditions (material nature, work environment, capacity, etc) must be strictly observed according to regulations of the manual.
3、使用单位对本机应订立设备维修、安全操作规程,交付操作人员。

同时必须制
定严格的交接班制度,认真检查各部分的工作情况。

The user should formulate maintenance and safe operation regulation for the equipment and deliver it to the operator. Strict shifting system must be regulated.
4、喂料应均匀,不宜过多,以免下部被物料堵塞。

In operation, all inspection doors should be closed. Low voltage lighting should be installed at often open inspection doors
on the upper, lower section and middle casing. If any problem in operation, instant stop should be made and problem should be resolved. If the problem without influence on operation, it should be recorded for removal in maintenance.
6、操作人员应经常检查各部件工作情况,应绝对禁止在运转时对运
行部件进行清
洗或修理。

Operator should often check work conditions of each part. No cleaning or repair to any part in operation.
7、操作人员应经常检查料斗、链条的工作情况,应随时调整下部装
配的张紧装置,
以保证链条具有正常运转的张紧力(对于弹簧张紧,调整后应将螺母
复位)。

Operator should often check buckets and chains. He should adjust in time the take-up device at the lower assembly to ensure the normal tension of the chains in operation. (Fro spring loaded take-up, the nut should be restored to original position after adjustment)
8、本机须在空载下启动,停车前停止喂料,将物料卸完后方可停车。

The equipment must be started non loaded, and stop feeding
till fully discharge before stop operation.
八、提升机的故障分析 Problem analysis
1、空载时电动机不能启动;故障原因分析:
Motor can start non loaded. Problem analysis as following:
①电源未接通;②按钮失灵,接触不良;排除方法:接通电源,修复有关的电器元件;
a. Supply not connected;
b. Button not function with insensitive touch. Measures: Connect supply, repair related
electrical members;
2、提升机运转过程中出现异常声音,应立即停机检查,查看是否有
易损件脱落,是否输送了大块状物料,发现后应及时清扫和更换。

Abnormal noise occur during operation. The equipment must be stopped at once to see whether any ware parts loosening or big lump blocking. Cleaning and alteration should be made when above problems found.
3、提升机运转过程中出现持续电流过大,,可能是斗提机过载或出现堵料现象,应立即停机检查,斗提机过载的应降低输送量,出现堵料的应立即
清扫,查明堵料原因;
If continuous undue electric current found, overload or material blocking may occur. The equipment should stop first. If overload found, the capacity should be lowered; If material blocking found, cleaning should be made and the reason should be traced.
4、斗提机运行时下部区段震动较大,应检查张紧装置是否张紧到位,没到位要调整张紧行程,确保斗提机具有一定运行张力;
If violent vibration at lower section of the equipment, one should check whether take-up device provide due tension. If no, adjustment should be made to the take-up spacing to restore the
bucket elevator to the normal tension.
九、提升机运转的安全警告 Safe warning of the bucket elevator
1、没有经过培训合格的人员不得上岗操作机器;
No entry to the operation of the equipment before qualifying
in related training;
2、整机尚未完成调试的不得开机工作;
No operation before successful testing and commissioning.;
3、设备上所有安全装置和接地装置是保证机器安全运行和人身的安全,任何人不得随便拆卸,否则会引起人身和设备的事故。

1. 总电源Main supply
斗提机使用交流三相400V 50HZ 电源.经电源总柜引至电气控制柜内
的熔断器上,再由自动断路器引入独立电源接至安全隔离变压器,输出交流36V
供接触器线圈使用.
In China the equipment is applicable to 3 phase 400V 50HZ, which flows through major supply cabinet to fuse breaker in
electrical control box. Then automatic circuit breaker introduces independent current to safely separated voltage transformer to
provide AC supply of 36V to contactor coils.
2. 电气控制 Electrical control
2.1开车前,首先应接通断路器(QA),按“起动”按钮(SB2),接
通起动接触器线圈电路,KM1辅助触点自锁,使电机(1M)连续运转。

停止电
机时,按“停止”按钮(SB1),切断了KM1线路,使主电机断电。

Before startup, first connect breaker(QA), push button ”start”(SB2), then connect startup contactor coils circuit with KMI assistant contact point locking itself, the motor(1M) will begin operation. When stop the motor, first press the button ”stop”(SB1), cutting KM1 circuit, to break electricity of the major electrical motor.
2.2 交流接触器有零压和欠压保护作用,当电源电压突然消失或电压
大幅度降低时,交流接触器自动切断,当电源再行恢复时,亦不能自行起动。

AC contactor has zero-voltage and under-voltage protection. When voltage disappear or sharply reduce at emergency, AC contactor will be automatically cut, which cannot resume when supply resumes.
2.3 电气系统中设有各种电气保护:短路保护;过流保护;过载保护;欠
压保护等.
Various electrical protections serve the electrical system: short circuit protection, overload protection, under-voltage protection, etc.
2.4 电气安装所有控制电路工作电源的电压为交流36V安全电源.。

In all control circuit, the work supply gives safe voltage of AC 36V.。
