第四是有條不紊Order，要有成就，做事就要分先後和輕重，集中精神做好最重要的事。

第五要意志堅定Firmness of mind。

第六是勤儉Saving，第七是勤奮Industry，第八是正直Honesty，第九是公平Justice，第十是整潔Cleanness，第十一是Calmness，心平氣和，第十二項是品德高尚Morality。

富蘭克林為社會及人類作出貢獻，最後要謙虛Humbleness。
