Read the "Managing Oneself " one article, for how to manage their own have a clear concept and awareness, to learn self-management, we must first be a clear understanding of their own, and secondly to understand their own organization in which, in order to make the greatest contribution
To learn to focus on what we are better and concentrate on what we are good at.. Personally, I think that I need to understand myself through two channels: through self reflection and practice and through the outside world to understand. The best way is to combine the two, so that there will be better results, there will be more efficient. We know that others are a mirror of ourselves, and we can better understand ourselves through this mirror.. So how to make this mirror very good, and this need to be responsible for our interpersonal relationship. If the individual is treated with a hostile or unfriendly attitude, then through this mirror we can not only understand the self, but will cause blind ignorance. Similarly, as part of the organization, if we are responsible for our organization and our responsibility for our own work, we can also understand ourselves through the mirror of the organization.
Their management is to clear understanding of their own, from a spectator's point of view to look at yourself and treat yourself as a person who is not related. See its own advantages and disadvantages, review their own, let oneself can reach consensus. Make your goals. Actually the reason people are not successful, not our own goals and ideals, except for the external factors, the most important Mo too, not to, not very good management and supervision and restraint yourself. Don't set goals or heart ideal to endeavor and implement, then, those ideals will forever stand high above the masses, never let you to get close to. Only to pursue, only to go hard, only to pay will achieve their ideal or infinitely close to ideal.
I think the most important thing now is to foster a good psychological quality, first of all, to develop not rash psychological, so as to consider the long-term interests; secondly, to have a generous heart, in order not to their own interests at the expense of overall interests, capacity weaknesses of others, in order to give full play to their strengths. Adhere to the road is excellent. 《管理自己》读后感
读了《管理自己》一文,对于如何管理自己有了清晰的概念和认知,要学会自我管理,首先我们必须要清楚的了解自己,其次要了解自己所处的组织,这样才能做出最大的贡献。

了解自己有助于我们更好的集中精力去做擅长的事情。

我个人认为了解自己需要通过两种途径:通过自我思考与实践了解和通过外界了解。

而最好的方法是将两者结合起来,这样会有更好的效果,也会有更高的效率。

我们知道别人是自己的一面镜子,通过这面镜子我们可以更好地了解自己。

那么如何让这面镜子很好的发挥作用呢,这就需要对我们的人际关系负责。

如果个体是带着一种敌对或者不友好的态度去对待他人,那么通过这面镜子我们不仅不能够了解自我,反而会造成盲目无知。

同样,作为组织的一部分,如果我们对组织负责,对我们自己所做的工作负责,那么通过组织这面镜子我们也同样可以了解到自己。

管理自己在于重新清醒的认识自己,从旁观者的角度去审视自己,把自己当成一个不相关的人.看清自己的缺点和优点,评审自己,让自己知行能达到一致.制定自己的目标。

其实人之所以不成功,实现不了自己的目标和理想,除去外界的因素外,最重要的莫过于,不去努力,不能很好的管理和监督约束自己.不为制定的目标或心中的理想去努力和执行,那么,那些理想就会永远的高高在上,永远不会让你去接近.只有去追求了,只有去努力了,只有去付出了,才会实现自己的理想或无限的接近理想.
我觉得现在最重要是去培养一种良好的心理素质,首先,要养成不急不躁的心理,这样才能考虑长远利益;其次,要有一颗包容心,这样才能不至于为了自身利益而不顾全局利益,容他人之短处,才能充分发挥自己的长处。

坚持才是卓越之道。

其实,这本书留给我们待以挖掘的东西还有太多,以上所讲的这些不过冰山一角,认真去读、去身体力行,必定会有收获。
