2018英语成考作文
I woke up this morning feeling completely exhausted.
It's like I didn't even sleep at all. I think I need to start going to bed earlier, but there's always something that keeps me up late at night. Maybe I should try reading a book before bed instead of staring at my phone screen.
I have a love-hate relationship with my job. On one hand, I love the people I work with and the feeling of accomplishment when I finish a project. On the other hand, the stress and long hours can be really draining. I need to find a better work-life balance, but it's easier said than done.
I miss hanging out with my friends. It feels like we're all so busy with our own lives that we hardly have time to see each other anymore. I should really make more of an effort to reach out and plan some get-togethers. It's important to maintain those connections, even when life gets hectic.
I've been trying to eat healthier, but it's tough when fast food is just so convenient. I need to start meal prepping and planning out my grocery trips better. It's all about making small, sustainable changes, right? I just need to stay focused and committed.
I've been feeling really overwhelmed lately. There's just so much going on and it feels like I can never catch a break. I know I need to prioritize self-care and take time for myself, but it's hard to do when there's always something that needs to be done. I guess I just need to remind myself that it's okay to take a step back and breathe.。
