【摘要】目的：探讨冠心病心绞痛各证候要素与相关因素的关联性。

方法制定临
床信息采集表，对符合纳入标准的患者进行信息采集，建立证候数据库，然后对各证候要素与相关因素关联性进行Logistic回归分析。

结果冠心病心绞痛气虚证与
高脂血症、血瘀证与高血压病、痰浊证与高嘌呤饮食及高脂血症、阴虚证与糖尿病、阳虚证与心绞痛类型、气滞证与性格关联性最强。

结论冠心病心绞痛各证候要素与各自的相关影响因素密切相关。

%Objective To explore the correlation between syndrome elements and the correlative factors in angina pectoris.Methods The clinical information col ection form was formulated.The patients who met the inclusive standards were enrol ed for the information col ection.The symptom database was set up.The logistic regression analysis was conducted for the correlation between syndrome
el-ements and the correlative factors on coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Results The main correlations were qi deficiency syn-drome and hyperlipidemia,blood stasis syndrome and hypertension,phlegm stasis syndrome and slant purine diet and hyperlipi-demia,yin deficiency syndrome and diabetes,yang deficiency syndrome and the type of angina,qi stagnation syndrome and charac-teristic.Conclusion Syndrome elements and the correlative factors in angina pectoris are closely related.
