立体定向微创手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效分析

【摘要】Objective To discuss the clinical effect of stereotactic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of brain glioma.Methods 48 cases of glioma were divided into stereotactic minimally invasive surgical treatment group(the observation group)and routine craniotomy group(the control group),clinical curative effect of the 2 groups were compared.Results The to-tal effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.5%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2-year survival
rate,recurrence rate and the ADL score in the observa-tion group were 87.5%,16.7% and(73.94 ±4.90),respectively,which were signifi cantly better than the control group, 66.7%,37.5%and(59.26 ±4.21),there had statistically significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).After treat-ment,the neurological function score of the observation group was(16.28
±5.81),which was significantly lower than that of the control group,(28.64 ±5.33),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stereotactic minimally inva-sive surgery in the treatment of brain glioma is effective with low recurrence rate and good neurological function recovery,the clini-cal value is affirmed.%目的探讨立体定向微创手术治疗脑胶
质瘤的临床疗效.方法将脑胶质瘤患者48例根据患者意愿分为立体定向微创手术治疗组(观察组)和常规开颅手术组(对照组),对比分析2组临床治疗疗效.结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.0%,显著高于对照组总有效率87.5%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组2年存活率为87.5%、复发率为16.7%、ADL评分(73.94 ±4.90)分,对照组2年存活率为66.7%、复发率为37.5%、ADL评分(59.26 ±4.21)分,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后实验组患者神经功能评分为(16.28 ±5.81)分,对照组患者神经功能评分为(28.64 ±5.33)分,组间差异具统计学意义(P<0.05).结论立体定向微创手术治疗脑胶质瘤有效率高,复发率低,患者神经功能恢复好,临床价值肯定.
