Promoting My Self-Awareness and Self-achievement After a semester’s systematical learning on Business Essentials, I have learned a lot of knowledge which can help me to improve myself in one way or another. Besides, I also know myself well when the teacher teaching us and set up my mind to achieve what I want.
In the class, the teacher not only taught us the knowledge in the book, but also some knowledge about the anthropology and psychology. I think it is interesting and useful that I can beneficial from it and know myself well.
As far as I am concerned, I am a confident and positive girl.
I always being confident, although I am not very excellent, I think I am special at least for the people who love me very much. What’s more, I am positive when I facing difficulties. I think people should be positive all the time no matter what kind of difficulties we are facing with. If we just sad for the difficulties, then we can’t get through it and live a happy life. I am also good at communicating with others and sociable. I think it is good for me to make friends with the people around me and have a good relation with them.
However, I am a little impulsive. If someone makes me unhappy or does something that I think is unfair to me, I will
become very angry and may easily quarrel with he/she. I know it is bad, but I just can’t control myself. This is my great weakness and l know it will do harm to me, so it is very important for me to learn to control myself. I remember in the class, our team did a presentation about constellation, it said the Leo tend to be impulsive, I think it is quite right, but at last, I mentioned we can’t just believe that the constellation was all true, we should have our own opinions about ourselves.
This is the course about business, and what impress me the most is something about accounting, I think I can learn something about how to be a wisdom consumer and how to manage my money. Besides, because my dream is to be a business woman in the future, this course really does me a favor and offers me the useful information and knowledge.
I have set up my mind to be a business woman before I went to college. Because my family is doing business, l also want to run business and live a happy life. However, it is not so easy to run the business and I need to make effort to achieve what I want. After learning this course, I have learned something, but a still have a long way to go. I need to prepare ahead and learn more things.
First of all, it is something about my personality. Doing
business is a tough process. I need to meet all kinds of people and make a good relation with them, so it is important for me to improve my communication skills and build a good impression in front of my clients. I also should learn how to control myself, it is bad for me to be angry. Otherwise, it will become difficult for me to run the business.
Furthermore, I should learn more knowledge about business and marketing. When I am doing business, l should know what exactly the marketing situation is and some business rules. And for different kinds of customers, I should use different kinds of actions to do business with them. Besides, in the low season, what should I do to keep myself alive is also something I should learn.
The last but no least, I will take some part time jobs to help me improve myself and help my dream comes true. It is important for me to gain some experience when I taking the jobs and I can learn something the book never tells. For example, I can learn how to communicate with others and the procedure of doing business.
All in all, I have assessed myself objectively and set up my mind to be a business woman, and I will try my best to achieve my goal. After assessing my personality, l know a still have a lot
to do, and l will never give up.
No one is perfect. People have their advantages and disadvantages, and what we need to do is keep on promoting ourselves. Besides, we should have a goal to achieve and do our best to make our lives more beautiful. A life without a dream is terrible, we should make our lives meaningful and colorful and achieve what we want. Be remember, we are the person to decide our destinies.。
