甲钴胺对坐骨神经痛患者的疗效及安全性分析

【摘要】目的：探讨甲钴胺在治疗坐骨神经痛患者中的疗效和安全性。

方法回顾
性分析我院收治的76例坐骨神经痛患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各38例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在基础治疗上加用甲钴胺治疗，比较2组临床效果、治疗前后VAS评分及安全性。

结果治疗组总有效率92.11％，对照组为78.95％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前2组VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后3 d ，治疗组VAS评分低于对照组，
但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后7、14 d治疗组VAS评分显著低于对
照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组患者神经传导速度、坐骨神经功能指数和腓肠肌湿质量指数显著高于对照组；后肢拉力差值显著低于对照组（ P＜0.05）。

结论甲钴胺治疗坐骨神经痛患者，显著降低患者疼痛，延缓肌肉萎缩，效果显著，且安全性高。

%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of mecobalamin on patients with sciatic pain .Methods The clinical data of 76 cases in our hospital were taken for retrospective analysis .According to different treatment methods , they were divided into the treatment group and the control group ,and 38 cases in each group .The control group was treated with conventional therapy ,and the treatment group took mecobalamin on the basis of the basic treatment .The clinical effect ofthe two groups ,VAS score and security before and after treatment were
compared .Results After treatment ,the total effec-tive rate in the treatment group was 92 .11% ,and that of control group was 78 .95% ,the difference was significant ,P<0 .05 . Before treatment ,the VAS scores between the two groups were of no significant difference , P>0 .05 .After treatment for 3 days ,the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than those of the control group ,but the difference was not significant ,
P>0 .05 .After treatment for 7 days and 14 days ,the VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control
group ,P<0 .05 .The nerve conduction velocity ,sciatic functional index and gastrocnemius wet mass index in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group .The hindlimb tension value in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control
group ,P<0 .05 .Conclusion Mecobalamin can significantly reduce pain of pa-tients with sciatic pain ,and delay their muscle atrophy ,its clinical effect is significant and it has high safety .
