Work Tasks and Time Arrangement:- Preparing the lesson: Teachers plan the content of the lesson, including what materials to use, what topics to cover, and the duration of each section.- Group work: Discuss the plan and content of the lesson with colleagues and develop a detailed lesson plan.- Classroom implementation: Teachers implement the lesson plan to improve students' English proficiency, and recognize the efforts made by students in class.- After-class summary and communication: Teachers discuss the progress of the implementation of the lesson plan and other questions regarding teaching with colleagues
and/or students after class.
Resource Allocation and Budget Plan:- Used textbooks, online resources, visual aids, and other necessary teaching materials to facilitate the learning.- Regularly check and maintain
the equipment in the classroom to ensure it functions well.- Budget for the expenses that the English lesson plan needs, like workbooks, small amount of gifts, etc.
Project Risk Assessment and Management:- If the implementation of the lesson plan encounters unexpected situations, the group or individuals will solve them as soon as possible, update the plan if necessary, and make the whole scenario smooth.- Teachers closely monitor the situation of students' progress and adjust the related content of the lesson plan.
