Liquor is a distilled wine unique to China. It is one of the world's six major distilled spirits (brandy Brandy, whisky Whisky, vodka Vodka, gin Gin, rum Rum, and Chinese liquor Liquor and Spirits). It is made into fermented grains from starch or sugar raw materials or fermented grains after fermentation.
High-quality liquor must have an appropriate storage period. Luzhou wine shall be stored for at least 3~6 months, mostly more than one year; Fen wine for about one year, and Mao wine should be stored for more than three years. Wine degree is generally above 40 degrees, below 40 degrees is low degree wine.
白酒(外文名:Liquor and Spirits),以粮谷为主要原料,以大曲、小曲或麸曲及酒母等为糖化发酵剂,经蒸煮、糖化、发酵、蒸馏而制成的蒸馏酒。
白酒为中国特有的一种蒸馏酒,是世界六大蒸馏酒(白兰地Brandy、威士忌Whisky、伏特加Vodka、金酒Gin、朗姆酒Rum、中国白酒Liquor and Spirits)之一,由淀粉或糖质原料制成酒醅或发酵后经蒸馏而得。
优质白酒必须有适当的贮存期。
泸型酒至少贮存3~6个月,多在一年以上;汾型酒贮存期为一年左右,茅型酒要求贮存三年以上。
酒度一般都在40度以上,40度以下为低度酒。
