四、最大正向电流(Maximum Forward Current)最大正向电流是指在施加在二极管正向电压下,二极管所能承受的最大电流。

如果超过了这个电流,就会导致二极管受损。

最大正向电流通常以毫安(mA)为单位进行衡量。
