本工程采用宕渣填筑路基,低填路段和挖方路段路基宕渣厚度≥50cm,分层填筑并按照压实度要求进行压实。

路基填筑前需要确定填料的最佳含水率,以确保路基的压实效果和压实度。

排水沟工程采用浆砌块石挡墙。

石料应选用质地均匀、抗压强度不低于30Mpa且具有耐冻和抗侵蚀性能的硬质石料。

块石应大致方正、上下面大致平整,厚度不小于20cm,宽度和长度约为厚度的1~1.5倍和1.5~3倍。

砌筑时应敲去尖锐
突出部分,放置平稳,用小石子填塞孔隙,分层错缝搭叠砌筑,砂浆填塞应饱满。

墙体砌筑时应分皮卧砌,保证砌体密实,外坡面平整顺直美观。

挡土墙地基承载力要求达到100pa以上,当地基承载力不满足要求时,应对基础换填50cm厚天然砂砾
处理。

挡土墙采用7.5号砂浆砌筑,勾缝用砂浆比砌筑用砂浆
标号提高一级。

圆管涵采用平口接头填缝,节间缝隙采用沥青浸过的麻絮填塞,外面圈裹两道满涂热沥青的油毛毡或四层沥青浸制麻布,粗铅丝绑扎固定。

基础采用C25混凝土,基础底面铺设20cm
厚的换填垫层。

基底换填材料的选用要求:当基底应力
≤200Kpa时,换填材料可采用中粗砂;当基底应力>200Kpa时,换填材料要求采用级配碎石。

当地基容许承载力不满足要求时,应根据实际情况采用适当的方法对涵洞底地基进行加固处理,以达到设计要求的容许承载力。

本图适用于圆管涵纵坡≤3%的
情况,当纵坡>3%时,应另行设计,充分利用地形和地质条件,做到经济合理,并注意结构的稳定性。
