夫蜀者，古之天府也。

山川壮丽，物产丰饶，自古为兵家必争之地。

昔者，吾皇大帝，神武英明，命将征伐，克巴蜀，定四方，以彰显皇威，振华夏。

【译文】
Sichuan, anciently known as the Land of Abundance, boasts magnificent mountains and rivers, and abundant resources. It is a strategic region for military conflicts. Therefore, in the past, our great emperor, with his divine and mighty wisdom, ordered his generals to wage war, conquer Sichuan, stabilize the four directions, and demonstrate the imperial majesty, revitalizing the entire华夏.
【原文】
蜀地之兵，甲于天下，勇猛善战，兵法精湛。

是以，吾皇命将，选贤任能，以克巴蜀。

【译文】
The soldiers of Sichuan are the most formidable in the world, brave and adept in battle, with profound knowledge of military strategies. Hence, our emperor ordered his generals, selecting the wise and capable, to conquer Sichuan.

将军刘琨，智勇双全，领兵十万，临川而阵。

蜀兵虽勇，然将军刘琨，以智取胜，克巴蜀如探囊取物。

【译文】
General Liu Keng, a man of both wisdom and bravery, led an army of a hundred thousand, arrayed along the river. Though the Sichuan soldiers were brave, General Liu Keng triumphed with his wisdom, conquering Sichuan as easily as picking a pearl from a shell.

克巴蜀之后，吾皇大悦，赐将军刘琨金印，封为蜀侯，以示褒奖。

蜀地百姓，亦感皇恩浩荡，安居乐业。

【译文】
After the conquest of Sichuan, our emperor was greatly pleased, and bestowed upon General Liu Keng a golden seal, appointing him as the Marquis of Shu, as a token of praise. The people of Sichuan also felt the vast benevolence of the emperor, living in peace and prosperity.

蜀地虽远，然皇恩浩荡，犹如春雨，滋润万物。

自此，蜀地百姓，同心协力，共筑美好家园。

【译文】
Although Sichuan is distant, the emperor's benevolence is as boundless as spring rain, nourishing all things. From then on, the people of Sichuan, with one heart and one mind, worked together to build a beautiful homeland.
