摘要：A surface-mounted metal dome. A groove (2) or a notch (21) is provided in the central part of the metal dome (1), and a platform (4) used for being welded to a pad is provided at the edge of the metal dome. A protrusion (3) is provided at the central part
of the groove. A bent portion (5) used for preventing tin climbing in welding is also provided at the edge of the metal dome, and the bent portion is arranged surrounding the edge of the metal dome. The platform of the metal dome is an annular platform (42) surrounding the metal dome, or consists of at least two weld legs (41) that are arranged on the periphery of the edge of the metal dome. The surface of the metal dome is coated with a weldable material. Therefore, the precision of a position where the metal dome is welded on a mainboard is improved, tin climbing in welding is prevented, the space of the mainboard is increased, prepressing with a casing is ensured, and production efficiency is improved.
