【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical effect of functional dyspepsia treated with compound azithromycin enteric-coated tablets. Methods 90 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia from May 2014 to July 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases of patients in each group. Control group were treated with mosapride, patients in the observation group were treated with compound azinamide enteric-coated tablets on the basis of the control group, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the clinical curative effect of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Before treatment, there was no signiifcant difference between two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference between the two groups was very signiifcant (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.3%in the observation group and 71.1% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Functional dyspepsia is effective in improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life and improving the cure rate.%目的：探讨功能性消化不良通过复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗的临床效果。

方法选取2014年5月～2016年7月在医院接受治疗的90例功能性消化不良患者
作为此次研究对象，并将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组患者45例，给予对照组患者莫沙必利进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予复方阿嗪米特肠溶片进行治疗，分析比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、临床疗效情况。

结果治疗前，两组患者临床症状比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者临床症状改善程度优于对照组患者，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.3%高于对照组总有效率71.1%，组间对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论功能性消化不良通过复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗的临床效果显著，有效改善了患者的临床症状和生活质量，提高了治愈率。
