【摘要】This paper focuses on innovative enterprises in China,and builds a structural equation model to analyze the impact of enterprise technological innovation on firm performance. The results as follows,inputs and outputs in technology have a posi⁃tive impact on firm performance,and the former is slightly larger than the latter. Furthermore,funds and human resources in R&D are two more important factors among inputs of enterprise technological innovation,and the number of patents and new product sales revenue have a more important role among outputs of enterprise technological innovation.% 文章选择中国创新型企业，构建结构方程模型，分析企业科技创新对企业绩效的影响。

研究结果表明：科技投入和科技产出对企业绩效都产生积极影响，且前者略大于后者，科技投入中科技经费投入和科技活动人员是更重要的影响因素，科技产出中企业拥有专利数和新产品销售收入有更重要的作用。
