一. 功 能 介 绍
Kinetics_Testing ver1.01 版是针对对材料分析的用户而开发的一套应用软件,软件需要本公司 生产的 UV-75xxPC 系列分光光度计支持。这套软件的安装部分与本公司的其他软件的安装步骤相 同,如需请参考相关的说明书。 本软件所能实现的功能如下(两个部分): 一:扫描测试 1. 实时监控仪器的工作状态(自动设定波长,灯源控制,仪器自检,自动样品架设定(需附 件) ,测试控制等) ; 2. 软件为你提供了 12 个通道放置数据,每个通道里你可以放置一个测试样品的数据,各个 通道可以设定不同的扫描参数,并为你画出透过率图谱; 3. 为你提供了数据处理功能(保存测试数据,打开测试结果,打印测试图谱等) 4. 所测试的数据可以导入到 Microsoft Excel 中供你处理(方法在本公司的相关说明书中有介 绍,此处从简) 。 二:定点测试 用这个功能可以测试样品在单一波长下的反射率,并对测试的结果命名,打印,保存等功能。

3. 选择『Tools』(工具)下拉菜单下的『Language』弹出语言设定框,单击『Chinese』,设定操作 文字为中文。
四. 测 试
我们设定反射率在 10~100%的测试称为高反射率测试;反射率在≤10%的测试称为低反射率测试。
一. 扫描测试
注意:以上所有测试,如果想要获得准确的测试数据,请在使用仪器一、 二小时后重新建立基线。
五. 关 机
务必先将软件在电脑中退出,然后才能关闭分光光度计,否则会造成 联机故障。

③ 弹出参数设定框,设定参数后(如下图:用户可以根据实际需要设定) ,按“开始”建 立 基 线 。
(5)扫描测试 建好基线以后,打开样品室盖,把测试样品安放在测量孔上,合上样品室盖。单击主界面左下方的 『Scan』 ,仪器开始测试,并且把测试结果用作图的形式显示出来,如图:

二.反射附件架的安装
1. 先将分光光度计上样品架拉杆卸下(右杆卸旋) ;
2. 打开样品室盖,用专用内六角扳手将样品架卸下; 3. 将反射附件架装入样品室内, 对准底板上的 2 只定位钉, 用专用内六角扳手将反射附件架上的 2 只紧固螺钉旋射附件架

2.在波长设定框里键入测试的波长位置,打开样品室盖,把测试样品安放在测量孔上,合上样品 室盖。然后点击『确定』 ,待仪器走到相应的位置后,再在当前的样品槽内放入测试样品,点击『测 试』按钮,就可以得到测试数据。如图:
3.对于测试结果你可以打印,保存等操作。测试结束,单击『退出』回到主界面进行其他的操作。

在测反射率时,狭缝设置一般选择 3#狭缝,然后按“设置”。
(2) 打开样品室盖,将反射镜安放在测量孔上(如图三) ,合上样品室盖,按“确定”,再按“开 始自检”。(自检时间需十分钟左右。)

(3)参数设置 ① 选择『运行(R)』下拉菜单下的『参数设置』,如下图:

4.将反光镜安装在测量孔上(如图三),合上样品室盖。
5.仪器接通电源后,即进入预热状态(二十分钟) ,然后自动进行自检,仪器会将自检状态一次显 示在显示器上。当显示器上显示出“546.0nm”和“0.00A/100%T”时,仪器自检完毕,可进行软 件连接状态。

三. 软件安装和联机步骤
软件的使用步骤如下: 1. 单击『开始』 ,启动『程序』里的『欣茂应用软件 75 系列』-『Reflection_Test』 ,如图启动软 件:

3. 扫描结束后,单击『功能 (F)』菜单下的『波长扫描』-『通道』选项,可以看到所测试通道下 的测试数据,如图;
二:定点测试方式:
在“扫描高反射率样品”或“扫描低反射率样品”的模式下,按以下方法操作。 1.单击『功能 (F)』菜单下的『反射测试』选项,弹出下面的界面:
