appear v.出现；显现The sun appeared on the horizon.1）扩展词：appearance n.出现；到来2）appear是不及物动词，没有被动语态。

初二英语外研版（下）教案Module 4 New technologyUnit 1 If you want to record , press the red button .教学设计一．教材分析本模块是以新的科技产品为话题，把焦点放在对科技产品的使用说明上，该话题比较贴近学生的生活，学生对科技产品的介绍比较感兴趣，容易开展教学活动。

教学中应结合学生实际情况，灵活调整教学内容（增加了编辑故事、辩论赛和to be a salesman的讨论与写作等，删除了Unit 2的Activity 5部分，前后调整了Unit 1的几个部分)，合理设置课时。
