在本单元中,除了学习教室内的物品单词外,也要结合数字11~20,来学习用There be +名词+地点状语的句型结构描述某处有某物、有多少。
本单元的教学分为4个课时。
第一课时以Part A的Let’s learn为主,继续以教室为背景学习相关的单词student, teacher, blackboard, TV, fan, light; 第二课时以Part A 的Let’s talk为主,学习使用There be结构的陈述句描述某处有某物;第三课时在复习巩固There be句式的基础上,拓展学习How many +可数名词复数形式+ are there +地点状语? There is / are... 句型结构,学习就某处存在的物品的数量进行问答。
练习正确使用There be句型的单、复数形式的表达法,是There be句型的难点。
本课时将数词1~10拓展到11~20,与There be句型结合,就此难点进行集中练习,同时复习巩固表示方位的介词。
在第四课时,教师要通过听、说、读、写等活动,检测学生对运用There be句型表达某处有某物的掌握情况。

二、教学准备1. 教师准备:(1)单词student, teacher, blackboard, TV, fan, light, chair, desk, window, door, floor的教学卡片。

(3) 不同数量的物品卡片若干。
(4) 白纸若干。
(5 ) Let’s talk部分的教学音频。
2. 学生准备:(1) 文具若干。

三、教学方法建议课程导入(Leading In)(1)课前热身1. 教师将所准备的单词卡片展示给学生,并带领学生快速复习所学单词。
如果教师朗读的单词和出示的卡片一致,则全体学生齐读单词两遍并拼读单词一遍;如果教师朗读的单词和出示的卡片不一致,则学生不跟读,击掌三次。
2. 接下来,教师可以和学生练习名词的单复数形式,为正确运用There be 句型做准备。
教师可以说出名词的单数形式,让学生迅速说出复数形式;也可以由教师说出名词的复数形式,让学生说出单数形式。
总之,练习不拘泥于形式,达到目的即可。
