3M电子标签探测仪使用及维护保养规定为加强对管线定位仪的管理,延长设备使用寿命,使设备能够正常、有效、准确的进行管道测量及定位,发挥作用,特制定本指引。
本规定中所属3M电子标签探测仪指美国3M 2250mid型电子标签探测仪及其发射机。
一、3M电子标签探测仪的配臵及使用1、3M电子标签探测仪组件包括:2250发射机一台,2250M-iD/UR接收器一台,接地棒一根,Dyna-耦合器工具箱(3‛Dyna-耦合器,耦合器电缆,以及小袋),直接连接缆线,接地支架,及接地支架缆线。
2、电池安装发射器按住并保持OFF【T1】以手工测试电池。
显示屏和伴音将指示下列电量情况之一:(OK w/持续音=好;LO w/蜂鸣音=低;‚--‛w/无音=更换)接收器接收器每次开机均进行两秒的电池测试。
条形图将填充以显示相对电池电量。
定位屏上的电池图标【8】将持续指示电池电量。
3、设臵接收器时钟设臵接收器的时间、日期、以及日期格式。
深度和电流度量不仅注有时间和日期,而且有读/写标识器信息(只iD设备)。
菜单【6】+ 设臵【SK】+ 时钟【SK】按左/右箭头按键【SK】以突出变更的日期或者时间数字。
按 + 或者 - 【SK】按键来递加或者递减。
当日期格式加亮突出时,格式将在mm/dd/yy和dd/mm/yy间进行选定。
按OK【SK】保存,或按菜单【6】取消4、发射器键区和连接器说明OFF:【T-1】关掉设备并进行电池测试。
OHM/FAULT/TONE(欧姆/故障/信号音):【T-2】开启设备,并在重复按压时,循环执行以下命令。
欧姆表:测量导管/管道迹线的连续性及其远端范围。
也可用于测量接地故障阻抗。
FAULT LOCATE(故障定位):(只2273M设备)在该模式中,发射器发送两种任选频率(577Hz和33KHz)及10和20Hz故障信号。
信号音:信号音模式中,发射器生成577Hz和200KHz信号。
跟踪:【T-3】开启设备并将设备臵于跟踪模式,通过重复按键【T-3】循环选择发射器频率。

PWM信号为脉宽调制信号,其特点在于他的上升沿与下降沿之间的时间宽度。具体的时间宽窄协议参考下列讲述。我们目前使用的舵机主要依赖于模型行业的标准协议,随着机器人行业的渐渐独立,有些厂商已经推出全新的舵机协议,这些舵机只能应用于机器人行业,已经不能够应用于传统的模型上面了。
目前,北京汉库科技的HG14-M舵机可能是这个过渡时期的产物,它采用传统的PWM协议,优缺点一目了然。优点是已经产业化,成本较低,旋转角度大(目前所生产的都可达到185度);缺点是控制比较复杂,毕竟采用PWM格式。

它是一种不含乙醇配方的皮肤保护膜,喷洒后迅速形成一层透明保护膜,如同第二层皮肤,而且该膜防水、防摩擦,氧气能渗透至膜下,膜下的水汽和二氧化碳同样能通过该膜挥发【5】,能有效阻隔电极片与皮肤的直接接触,使皮肤不受电极片的刺激,还能阻隔各种物理性刺激对皮肤的浸渍,避免感染。
操作方法:选择好粘贴电极片的位置,用3M皮肤保护膜距患者皮肤10cm-15cm喷洒于患者皮肤上,等待30秒,保护膜完全干燥,确保液体保护膜建立的完整保护膜形成后,再将电极片贴在喷洒保护膜的部位,这样粘贴更牢固,然后再连接心电监护仪即可。
如果患者皮肤已有破损,则应避开破损处的皮肤。
优点:1 减轻患者的不适电极片及其黏附材料长时间的黏附于皮肤上,不仅对患者皮肤造成损伤,揭除电极片的时候也会引发患者的疼痛刺激。
