企业管理是否应向TPM管理方向转变KTPM新益为TPM设备管理咨询公司概述:目前,TPM管理在中国发展的如火如荼,也有许多成功案例激励着企业向TPM管理方向发展,但失败的案例也是数不胜数,这不禁引人深思,企业管理是否应向TPM管理方向转变?TPM管理以某着名企业的硬件电路系统研发工 经了解,员工在公司最大的一个体会是管理很规范,而且具有人性化。 但是个人的专业技能在公司内却不能体现出很大的优势,感觉大家都是按照流程作开发的,产品开发出来感觉不到有成就感。 于是乎,员工的内心想法发生了变化。 部分员工原来是想在专业技能上有所突破,成为所谓的Senior Engineer。 企业通过深入调研,决定改变管理体系,鼓励员工慢慢向管理转型,即TPM管理方向转(Technology Project Manager)该企业向TPM管理转型的优势:1、大部分员工专业技精通,有很好的专业基础。 转型到TPM管理,在工作过程中遇到一般的技术问题,自己也能分析,在技能培训上不必花太多的功夫。 2、所谓硬件系统开发,实际上就是对一个产品的选型,设计,试制,量产的全过程的参与与跟踪,在这个过程中需要和各个环节的人打交道。 企业在员工培训方面也有一套完整的培训体系,可以很好的锻炼员工的管理能力。 在这个过程中除了员工的专业技能提升外,其他方面的能力也得到极大的提高,比如与人进行有效的沟通,如何处理紧急事件的发生等等。 3、企业员工有很强的执行能力,整体素质也较高。 该企业向TPM管理转型的劣势:1、部分员工工作年限和工作经验还比较短。 但这个行业是需要工作经验积累的,存在学员工作能力参差不齐的情况2、公司拥有一套属于自己的完整的管理体系,阶层固化,想要打破不是易事。 从以上情况可以看出,该企业在推行TPM管理方面还是有一定阻碍的,但也不是不可攻破,只是需要时间和方法。 这只是该企业推行TPM管理的劣势。 除此之外,该企业还有人员冗杂、生产效率低下等一系列问题需要解决,推行TPM管理模式无疑是可行的,只是在推行方法和技巧上还需要进一步探讨。 我国大多数企业都存在着上述企业所存在的问题,但面对TPM管理在中国的发展情况,不禁令人感到疑惑,TPM管理到底适合什么样的企业推行,企业是否应该向TPM管理方向发展。 其实,说道底是适不适合的问题,TPM管理起源于日本,并非本土管理模式,多少都会有水土不服的现象发生。 企业在推行TPM管理时因结合自身企业情况,作出适当改变方是正解。
