钽电容参数介绍及使用技巧

钽电容(Tantalum Capacitors)钽电容全称是钽电解电容,也属于电解电容的一种,使用金属钽做介质,由于钽电容内部没有电解液,很适合在高温下工作。

钽电容由于采用颗粒很细的钽粉,且钽的介电常数很高,所以在单位体积内钽电容的容量可以做到比较大。

钽电容的特点是温度范围宽、耐高温、寿命长、误差小、高稳定性,最高的容量体积比。

当然,还有高成本和过于复杂的生产技术。

在优点突出的前提下,钽电容器也具有要命的弱点,耐纹波性能与其它电容器相比较差,不能承受过高的反向电压。

钽电容器仍然具有最高的可靠性.这是它一至在军用及仪器行业里使用成为首选的根本原因。

从成本及性价比的角度看,在实际使用中,钽电容主要应用于1UF-220UF情况下的中小电源滤波作用。

目前全球钽电容的生产厂家主要有AVX、KEMET、NEC、VISHAY、NICHICON、三星、三洋等等。

美国品牌的钽电容如AVX/KEMET外观都是黄色,其它一些品牌外观都是黑色。

钽电容内部结构图:钽电容内部等效电路:钽电容MARK标识:钽电容主要参数:1、容值范围:钽电容的容值参数范围一般在0.47UF-680UF,不同厂家根据工艺能力,稍微有区别。

一般情况下钽电容使用参数范围在1UF-220UF左右。

从下面图表可以看出,钽电容在超过100K以上频率时,电容参数急剧减小。

所以,钽电容一般情况下只适合低频情况下中大电流滤波。

2、额定电压:一般钽电容的额定电压范围在4V-50V,考虑到125度环境需要做降额使用,参考下表。

在常规-55°C to + 125°C环境下,额定电压需要降额到2/3左右使用。

具体降额可以用下列公式计算:Vmax=( 1-(T-85)/125)×VRVmax是最大工作电压T 是要求的工作温度VR是额定电压值得注意的是上述公式只适用于高阻抗的放电电路。

同时,上述公式并没有考虑交流分量和浪涌的影响,因此当使用温度较高时,必须使用更大的降额电压才能稳定可靠地工作。

2.整流⼆极管的选⽤整流⼆极管⼀般为平⾯型硅⼆极管,⽤于各种电源整流电路中。

选⽤整流⼆极管时,主要应考虑其最⼤整流电流、最⼤反向⼯作电流、截⽌频率及反向恢复时间等参数。

普通串联稳压电源电路中使⽤的整流⼆极管,对截⽌频率的反向恢复时间要求不⾼,只要根据电路的要求选择最⼤整流电流和最⼤反向⼯作电流符合要求的整流⼆极管即可。

例如,1N系列、2CZ系列、RLR系列等。

开关稳压电源的整流电路及脉冲整流电路中使⽤的整流⼆极管,应选⽤⼯作频率较⾼、反向恢复时间较短的整流⼆极管(例如RU系列、EU系列、V系列、1SR系列等)或选择快恢复⼆极管。

3.稳压⼆极管的选⽤稳压⼆极管⼀般⽤在稳压电源中作为基准电压源或⽤在过电压保护电路中作为保护⼆极管。

选⽤的稳压⼆极管,应满⾜应⽤电路中主要参数的要求。

稳压⼆极管的稳定电压值应与应⽤电路的基准电压值相同,稳压⼆极管的最⼤稳定电流应⾼于应⽤电路的最⼤负载电流50%左右。

4、开关⼆极管的选⽤开关⼆极管主要应⽤于收录机、电视机、影碟机等家⽤电器及电⼦设备有开关电路、检波电路、⾼频脉冲整流电路等。

kbpc2510工作原理
KBPC2510是一种全桥整流电路,用于将交流电转换为直流电。

其工作原理如下:
1. 输入电源:将交流电源通过正负两个输入端口输入到
KBPC2510的两个AC端口上。

2. 整流:KBPC2510内部有四个二极管组成的全桥整流电路。

在正半周期,D1和D3导通,D2和D4截止;在负半周期,
D2和D4导通,D1和D3截止。

通过这种方式,交流电被整
流成为一个方向上的脉动直流电。

3. 滤波:由于整流后的直流电还存在脉动成分,因此需要进行滤波以减小脉动。

通常在KBPC2510的输入端口与输出端口
之间加入一个电容滤波器,通过电容的充放电作用,将脉动电平平滑为较为稳定的直流电。

4. 输出:滤波后的直流电从KBPC2510的正负输出端口输出,可用于驱动其他电路或供电给负载。

总结起来,KBPC2510的工作原理是通过全桥整流电路将输入
