气体物化特性包装( Cylinder(47L)、Bundle(16×47L)、Bundle(25×47L)、 Y-Cylinder(470L)、 ISO等)储存及运输三氟化氮气瓶应储存于阴凉、通风仓库内。
三氟化氮气瓶应远离火种、热源、防止阳光直射,与还原剂、易燃或可燃物等分开存放。
三氟化氮气瓶在搬运时要轻装、轻卸,防止钢瓶及附件破损。
三氟化氮气瓶的运输按危险品运输。
运输时用气瓶固定架将三氟化氮气瓶固定好,用汽车公路运输或用轮船集装箱运输。
泄漏应急处理如遇有三氟化氮气体泄露,工作人员要马上撤离泄漏污染区,并尽可能采取措施阻止三氟化氮气体的进一步泄露。
如有工作人员中毒,应立即送往医院救治。
泄露现场要尽快处理,处理泄露现场的工作人员必须配戴必要的防毒面具,最好是自给正压式呼吸器。
泄露现场经检测无危害气体后方可进入工作人员,泄露容器必须经仔细检查、维修或妥善处理好后方可继续使用。

1、保密度1.1 钥匙不同牙花数1.1.1 定义根据弹子孔个数及圆头弹子长短数组成不同编号的牙花数。
1.1.2 测试方法查阅牙花薄,看不同牙花数是否达到要求。
查看实物,其弹子孔数及圆头弹子长短数是否满足牙花簿的要求。
N=ab...............................................................(1 )式中:N--钥匙最大牙花数;a--圆头弹子级差数;b--弹子孔数。
1.2 钥匙牙花编排合理性1.2.1 定义牙花簿编排时牙花是否合理。
在牙花簿中,应分组编排,剔除保密性差的牙花。
每组牙花中的任意二把钥匙牙花编号,不少于两个弹子级差值。
同时注意避免借牙开启和同号的牙花。
1.2.2 测试方法查阅牙花簿里是否符合定义要求。
抽查实物50把,按定义要求对照。
1.3 圆头弹子级差1.3.1 定义每级圆头弹子的长短差值。
1.3.2 测试方法测量不同长短的圆头弹子尺寸,求得圆头弹子的级差值。
在无异议时,也可测量牙花底级差,代替测量圆头弹子级差值。
1.3.3 测试工具0~125mm游标卡尺(刻值0.02mm),0~25mm一级精度外径千分尺(刻度值0.01mm)或夹具0~10mm一级精度百分表(刻度值0.01mm)。
1.4 互开率1.4.1 定义被开启次数与试开总数的百分比。
1.4.2 测试方法测试时,取规定抽样数,由五人分组进行,开足试开数(总的测试时间不超过四十五分钟)。

1预处理Pretreatment油料进入榨油机(或浸出器)之前所进行加工的一系列工序的总称。
1.1清理cleaning除去油料中所含杂质的工序的总称。
1.1.1筛选screening separation利用油料与杂质之间粒度(宽度、厚度、长度)的差别,借助筛孔分离杂质的方法。
1.1.2风选aspiration, air-classification利用油料与杂质之间悬浮速度的差别,借助风力除杂的方法。
1.1.3磁选magnetic separation利用磁力清除油料中磁性金属杂质的方法。
1.1.4水选washing亦称“水洗”。
用水除去油料中的泥土及其它杂质的方法。
1.1.5并肩泥的清选removal of mud balls, same-size with oilseeds亦称“去并肩泥”。
利用机械力将大小与油料种子相似的泥块粉碎,再用筛选或风选清除的方法。
1.1.6六角筛hexagonal reel筛体为卧式截锥形六梭柱,进料端较出料端为小,绕柱轴旋转的筛选机械。
1.1.7多联打筛multiple hull beater筛底由若干个固定半圆筛网组成,每个半圆筛网上方的轴上均装有打棒,用于棉籽壳仁分离的筛选机械。
1.1.8圆筒打筛hull beater亦称“圆打筛”。
旋转轴上装有打棒、轴与筛筒以不同的转速和方向转动的圆筛。
1.1.9吸风平筛aspirated plansifter筛选和风选结合的联合清选机械。
1.1.10风选器aspirator利用风力使油料与杂质分离的装置。
1.1.11磁选装置magnetic separator清除原料中磁性杂质的装置。
