前言随着4G LTE基站的逐步建设,涉及电信/联通TDD/FDD站点的建设,目前已形成了2/3/4G基站共存的局面,系统间干扰的概率也大幅提高,在目前已建设的移动LTE基站中,已发现大量的TD-LTE基站受到上行干扰。
这些干扰重要涉及2/3G社区对TD-LTE社区的阻塞、互调和杂散干扰,此外尚有其他无线电设备,如PHS基站带来的外部同频干扰,具体如下表:1.干扰产生的因素和分类:1.1按照干扰产生的起因可以将干扰分为系统内干扰和系统间干扰。
系统内干扰的产生:系统内干扰通常为同频干扰。
由于数字技术相对于模拟技术的抗干扰能力较强,可以实现同频组网。
比如,TD-SCDMA 系统中,同一个社区内的不同用户使用的是相同的频率资源,它们之间是通过正交码字来进行区分的。
TD-LTE 系统中,虽然同一个社区内的不同用户不能使用相同频率资源(多用户MIMO 除外),但相邻社区可以使用相同的频率资源。
这些在同一系统内使用相同频率资源的设备间将会产生干扰,也称为系统内干扰。
系统间干扰的产生:系统间干扰通常为异频干扰。
世上没有完美的无线电发射机和接受机。
科学理论表白抱负滤波器是不可实现的,也就是说无法将信号严格束缚在指定的工作频率内。
因此,发射机在指定信道发射的同时将泄漏部分功率到其他频率,接受机在指定信道接受时也会收到其他频率上的功率,也就产生了系统间干扰。
1.2干扰产生的因素:一般来说干扰重要受使用频率、设备能力及工程实行三个因素制约。
1.2.1使用频率因素:干扰大小与干扰源系统和受害系统使用的频率有关。
●当干扰源系统的发射频率与受害系统的接受频率距离较近时,也许产生带外杂散和阻塞干扰;●当干扰源系统的发射频率(f1)与受害系统的接受频率(f2)是有倍数关系时,也许产生谐波干扰,如f2=2*f1 将也许产生二次谐波干扰;●当干扰源系统在多个频率上发射(如f1 和f2),且其多个发射频率的线性组合(如f1+f2、f1-f2、2*f1-f2、2*f2-f1 等)正好落入受害系统的接受频率范围之内,也许产生互调干扰。

TD小区退服原因:
a)基站主设备掉电,包括市电停电、电源柜故障、后备电源欠压、
电源板故障等情况;
b)传输中断,包括传输设备故障、传输线路故障导致传输设备通
信中断、传输保护通道倒换失败等情况;
c)公共信道故障或删除,控制面、用户面故障,小区建立失败,
状态检测异常,RRU配置超限,辅载频区间审计异常,载波组
时隙转换点配置异常,小区删除(NodeB审计时缺少主载频信
息或NodeB资源状态指示),NodeB上报小区不可用,卫星
License控制删除小区。
d)基站主设备硬件故障:BBU中板卡故障,如:主控板、基带板、
光口、电源模块等;RRU故障,如:光口故障、光缆或尾纤故
障、RRU电缆故障。
TD NodeB退服原因:

【关于通信设备厂商公司的2010年就业考虑】- 阿朗,华为,中兴,大唐,爱立信,诺西,鼎桥,普天,思科,MOTO等作为过来人,我认为:如果是一个档次的公司就不要违约了,比如:华为,中兴等。
关于以上公司的就业问题,我来总结和归纳一下,大家可以讨论,对于2010应届生,最终的OFFER选择还得大家本人拿主意!呵呵!现主要讨论以上公司的研发岗位OFFER的比较:【HW】工作主要看:公司+岗位+薪水,若都是做研发,华为就不用说了,华为就是累些,公司+岗位+薪水各方面都不错,工作3年后钱更多,但很少人会在那里工作很久,一般都是积累跳槽的资本。
华为在上海,南京,深圳,北京,西安等都有分支,工资是6500/月+年终奖(前几年会很少,一般是1~2个月工资左右),工作多年后会有分红较多。
应该说在HW工作10年的收入是其他公司的好几倍不止。
同时,HW挖人相当厉害,在其他公司工作多年后跳槽来HW,HW会开出很高的年薪。
比如硕士+3年工作经验=15岗左右。
其实进华为的最好方法是在其他大型公司工作几年,而且表现很好,技术好的人再来HW较好,都是在外工作多年的硕士一般年龄也较大,很少能来华为吃苦了。
自己的一个师兄,上海,硕士毕业工作3年后,HW开出的薪水是16K*18的年薪来挖他,但是师兄30多了,怕累,也受不了华为的文化制度,就拒了,去了一家小外资做研发,轻松,28W一年。
大家看到,很多从华为出来的普通技术人员都跳槽进小公司做骨干。
当然大家都会有自己的考虑。
【ZTE】中兴也不错,中兴只是钱较其他公司少些,但做核心技术研发应该比阿朗上海贝尔好些,中兴不是一个很有争议的公司,薪水5750+补助(几百元)+年终奖(1个月,前几年),工作较轻松,自己毕业的师兄一个进HW,一个进ZTE,进ZTE的师兄说工资难涨,但没有加班,他是做固件工程师研发,上海。
里面呆着还行。
他的2年后计划也是跳槽,当然可能比较中意跳去外资,可以开高价,也不累。
