柴胡疏肝散联合血府逐瘀汤治疗亚健康伴肝气郁结型失眠患者效果研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨亚健康伴肝气郁结型失眠患者使用柴胡疏肝散联合血府逐瘀汤治疗效果。方法 选择2019年1月—2020年4月医院收治的90例亚健康伴肝气郁结型失眠患者为研究对象，按照组间具有可比性的原则分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。对照组患者使用加味血府逐瘀汤治疗，观察组行加味血府逐瘀汤治疗基础上使用柴胡疏肝散安眠枕，记录并对比两组患者睡眠疗效及治疗前后中医症候积分。结果 治疗后，两组患者的睡眠质量均有所改善，但观察组患者各项失眠特征（入睡困难、早睡、多梦、醒后难入睡）积分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。两组患者治疗总疗效比较，观察组优于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论 对亚健康伴肝气郁结型失眠患者使用柴胡疏肝散联合血府逐瘀汤治疗能够明显改善患者失眠症状，提高睡眠质量。【关键词】 柴胡疏肝散；血府逐瘀汤；亚健康；肝气郁结型失眠

【Abstract 】

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in patients with sub-health with liver qi stagnation and insomnia. Methods From January 2019 to April 2020, 90 cases of sub-health patients with liver qi depression type insomnia were divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with Jiawei Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, and the observation group used Chaihu Shugan San Anmian Pillow on the basis of Jiawei Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, and recorded and compared the sleep efficacy of the two groups and the syndrome score of TCM before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the sleep quality of the two groups were improved, but the scores of insomnia characteristics (difficulty in falling asleep, early sleep, dreaminess, difficulty in falling asleep after waking) of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group was better than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion The treatment of sub-health patients with liver qi depression and knot type insomnia with Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can obviously improve the symptoms of insomnia and improve sleep quality.
