Nowadays health has become a main topic in our life.People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before.However,many people don't know how to keep healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard.In my opinion,there are three things we can do if we want to be well.
First,we should have the right food,because proper nutrition is the most important for good health.Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat.Eat plenty of high protein foods,vegetables and fruits.DO not overeat.Secondly,we should get proper amount of sleep,because without enough sleep,we will often feel tired and irritable.Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day.Have a nap at noon if time permits.Finally,we should exercise regularly,because life depends on exercise.Regular exercise strengthens our hearts and lungs.In addition ,it prevents us from putting on weight.
If everyone is to do so,there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will be much more happiness in our life.

Dieting also has some disadvantages.For one thing,many people diet not because they really want to live a healthy life,but because they are vain.In this way,they will suffer from

To work or to study further? Probably different people have different answers. Others,however,prefer to live separately.They cherish the idea to be independent of their parents,seek more freedom and wish to have a place of their own,in which they can do what they like.Besides,they don't want to be overprotected by their parents but long for chance to face the society by themselves.
As to me,I like an independent life style in spite of the fact I love my parents.Different generations have different life styles and values.What one generation likes may not be another generation's fondness.Living separately,each generation can enjoy different value.In addition,by

There are more advantages of public transportation in comparison to those of private cars.Firstly,taking public transportation tools is money-saving.However,keeping a private car needs a large amount of money.Secondly,public transportation could save more petrol and decrease the pollutants released.While with the widespread of private cars,it is harmful to natural resources and stly,drivers of public transportation vehicles are much more skillful than private car owners,which could decrease the rate of accidents.
