关于ATE校准工具说明
ATE主要用于射频校准与综测,对射频性能进行优化,使其符合通信标准。

其主要包括三个文件,setup.ini, cal.INI和.CFG文件。

由于器件或SMT差异可能导致校准出现一定偏差,这时可以通过修改这三个文件里面一些参数进行修正处理。

setup.ini文件主要是针对校准以及测试参数,环境的设置;
CAL.INI文件主要是对校准参数的一些设置;
CFG文件主要是对校准的规格以及参数设置;
现在下面分别对这三个文件进行说明,其中标红色部分,可以根据情况进行适当调整。
