心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)
指导语:下表是用于评估心理弹性水平的自我评定量表。
请根据过去一个月您的情况,对下面每个阐述,选出最符合你的一项。
注意回答这些问题没有对错之分。
心理弹性量表(Connor—Davidson resilience scale,CD—RISC),原问卷包含25个项目,采用里克特氏5点量表评定法,从0~4表示完全不是这样、很少这样、有时这样、经常这
样、几乎总是这样。
该量表包含3个因子,即坚韧性、力量和乐观性。
通过在不同人群中施测,具有良好的信度和效度,CD—RISC量表对于心理弹性的预测效力已得到公认,应用较为广泛。
Connor和Davidson的5因素分法(2003):
F1 个人能力的概念、高标准、坚韧性:10、11、12、16、17、23、24、25
F2相信本能、容忍消极影响、抗压力:6、7、14、15、18、19、20
