【摘要】注射用兰索拉唑属于质子泵抑制剂，在酸性条件下，胃的损伤黏膜修复
受到抑制，本药通过抑制酸分泌而使胃内 pH值上升，促进损伤黏膜的修复。

另外，通过升高胃内 pH值而改善血液凝固与血小板聚集功能，抑制胃蛋白酶的活性而发挥抑制出血的作用。

本药为白色或类白色疏松块状物或粉末，用0．9％氯化钠注
射液稀释后为无色澄清液体，在临床应用中我们发现稀释后的注射用兰索拉唑与复方氨基酸注射液存在配伍禁忌。

现报告如下[1]。

%Lansoprazole for Injection belongs to the proton pump inhibitor, under acidic condition, injury of gastric mucosal repair was inhibited, the medicine through the inhibition
of acid secretion andgastric pH value rise, promoting repair of injured mucosa. In addition,the increase of gastric pH value and improve the function of blood coagulation and platelet aggregation, inhibit the activity of pepsin andinhibit bleeding ef ect. This medicine is white or white loose block or powder, with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection diluted supernatant liquid is colorless, in clinical application, we found that injecting diluted withlansoprazole and Compound Amino Acid Injection incompatibility. Report as follows now.
