一、合作方介绍

1、中国商会联合会
Federation of Chinese Chamber of Commerce
中国商会联合会是非营利性的社会团体，通过整合政府、金融、媒体、企业等各方面资源，构建全方位高端服务平台。

中国商会联合会的宗旨是：贯彻和坚持科学发展观的重要思想，遵守宪法和国家的法律、法规，贯彻执行国家有关方针政策，按市场化原则规范和发展商会；团结国内外商界一切力量，积极参加国家经济建设，繁荣我国社会主义市场经济；立足商品流通，开展相关的商业经济活动，促进对外经济联系与合作；坚持商业诚实信用原则，遵守社会道德风尚；坚持为企业整体利益服务，维护会员的合法权益；充分发挥政府与企业的桥梁纽带作用。

中国商会联合会将紧紧围绕整合优势资源、凝聚会员力量，在招商引资、贸易交往、合作交流、拓宽各省市商会和会员企业的经营渠道，促进会员企业之间的经济合作与发展等方面架起桥梁与结成纽带而共赢共发展。

Federation of Chinese Chamber of Commerce (FCCC) is a non-profit organization. It integrates various recourses of government, finance, media, business to build high-end full-service platform. Its basis is to adhere to scientific outlook on development; to abide by the Constitution and national laws and regulations, to implement the state guidelines and policies; to develop FCCC in accordance with market principles, to actively participate in national economic development for the Prosperity of our socialist market economy through uniting business circles homes and abroad, to carry out business activities to promote foreign economic ties and cooperation based on the circulation of commodities, to adhere to the business moral basis of good faith, to
abide by social morality and practices , to p rovide service for overall interests of enterprises, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members of FCCC, to give a full play joint role between government and enterprises
In general, as a link and bridge, FCCC will closely focus on integration of advantageous resources, pool member force to reach the goal of win-win in respect of investing, trading, cooperating, expanding business channel for provincial level chamber of commerce and member enterprises and promote business cooperation between member enterprises

伊朗商会是国家级的商会有34家会员，拥有在众多的投资项目信息及和
政府机构建立了良好的关系，能够给在伊朗投资的中国商人提供便利的贸易和商业环境，更好地与政府部门的互动，帮助解决贸易纠纷。

Iran Chamber of Commerce is a state trade association with 34 members. It owns large amount of information on investment projects and has established a good relationship with government agencies, which may facilitate trade and business environment for Chinese investors and help with better interaction with Iran government and resolve trade disputes
二、合作背景

FCCC has a wealth of relationships, information, and project resources. It maintains close connection and interaction with National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce and other ministries. Moreover, FCCC has formed strategic partnership with SME associations in China, China Guanghua Science and Technology Foundation, the International Business Daily, the provincial Chamber of Commerce, Dacheng Law Firm, Tsinghua University, Research Center of the Competitiveness of Enterprises. With all these, FCCC is capable of providing full service for enterprises by integrating resourses of businesses, government, finance, media, public welfare and media. It has a large number of members with the economic strength

Iran Chamber of Commerce may facilitate trade and business environment and help with better interaction with Iran government agencies and resolve trade disputes
三、战略协议如下
The Strategic Cooperation Agreement
甲乙双方经友好协商在平等、互利、自愿的基础上签订战略合作协议，为双方信息资源共享，携手走向共赢打下基础。

Both parties through friendly consultation on an equal, mutually beneficial, voluntary basis, sign this strategic cooperation agreement to share information resources and form a basis for win-win.
1、甲、乙双方皆承认对方为自己的贸易战略合作伙伴双方收集研究关于两国贸易、工业、经济相关成果的数据和信息；为两国商会感兴趣的公司或企业提供此类信息；促进两国之间的贸易、经济和工业往来。

Both parties acknowledge each other as their strategic partner in trade. Both parties shall collect information and data on trade, industry, economy and relevant results in both countries and provide that information for interested companies or business associations of both countries. They shall promote the contacts between the two countries in trade, economy and industry.
2、甲、乙双方并建立长期交流制度化机制，定期举办文化、互访活动，加强双方之间的了解。

The two parties shall establish institutionalized mechanisms for long-term exchanges and shall regularly organize cultural visits to enhance mutual understanding.
3、甲、乙定期举行商务会议,交换意见提供最双方新贸易信息，为两国商人投资创造便利和更好的商业环境。

Both parties shall held regular meetings to exchange opinions and update trade information to facilitate the businessmen of two countries for better economic environment
4、甲方积极欢迎伊朗代表团来中国进行交流访问，推动经济交往。

Party A expresses warm welcome to the Iranian delegation to pay a visit for promoting economic contacts.
5、乙方在中国有法律、金融、政策、公益、媒体、教育培训等需求时，甲方
应全力提供支持。

Party A shall assist Party B in activities, at Party B’s request on law, finance, policies, public welfare, media and educational training,etc. in China
6、战略合作方向具体细则以合作合同为准则。
