动态执旗（包括行进和旗手敬礼）要求：旗手右 手握旗杆下部贴腰，左手伸直握旗杆中上部，队 旗倾斜成约45度角。
旗手执旗敬礼时，和行进执旗姿势相同，如大队 活动出、退旗时，中队旗手执旗敬礼同队员敬礼 同时进行。礼毕恢复立正姿势，旗手不需右手敬 队礼。
