摘要：PURPOSE:To avoid unfavorable effect of noise from a power supply line detecting by a feedback resistor on an island by a method wherein a condenser is connected to a line between the island wherein a feedback resistor in a parallel feedback amplifying circuit is connected to a power supply to be separated from other element out of integrated circuit elements and an AC grounding potential part. CONSTITUTION:An island 5 comprising an N-type epitaxial layer is formed on a semiconductor substrate 13 made of P-type Si while the island 5 is provided with a feedback resistor 6 formed of a P-type semiconductor by means of impurity diffusion. Moreover, a condenser 8 is connected to a line between the island with feedback resistor 6 and an AC grounding potential part 9. Through these procedures, any noise from an operating power supply line 10 may be attenuated by a filter composed of a resistor 12 provided on the island 5 and the condenser 8 to eliminate any noise detouring by the feedback resistor 6 from the island 5. Resultantly, this amplifier, when utilized for a photoreceiver, may avoid any erroneous operation of the photoreceiver.
