急慢性胆囊炎应用一贯煎加味治疗的临床效果分析

【摘要】目的：讨论应用一贯煎加味对急慢性胆囊炎患者进行治疗的临床效果。

方法选择2013年7月～2014年6月来我院接受治疗的80例急慢性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字法把其分成对照组和治疗组，其中治疗组患者采用一贯煎加味实施治疗，而对照组患者采用择西药实施治疗。

结果治疗组患者中的临床治疗有效率为92.5％；而对照组患者的临床治疗有效率为65.0％；对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较分析，治疗组患者的临床各项指标情况优于对照组患者的临床各项指标情况，差异具备统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论对于急慢性胆囊炎患者来说，应用一贯煎加味实施治疗具备着不良反应小、后遗症低、副作用小以及并发症低等非常显著的临床效果，其在临床中值得被推广与使用。

%Objective To discuss the application Yiguanjian flavored acute and chronic cholecystitis clinical effects of treatment. Methods July 2013 ~ June 2014 to our hospital for treatment of 80 cases of acute and chronic cholecystitis as research subjects were randomly divided into law the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group were treated with Yiguanjian flavored implementation therapy, while the control group were treated with selective implementation of treatment medicine.
