On Thanksgiving, people have a big dinner with their family.
感恩节这一天，人们和家人一起吃大餐。

They usually eat roast turkey and other delicious food.
他们通常吃烤火鸡和其它美味的食物。

They also tell Thanksgiving stories and give thanks to their friends and families. 他们还讲感恩节的故事并对朋友和家人表达感谢。

In China, we also have a family holiday in autumn. It is Mid-Autumn Festival. 在中国，我们秋天也有家庭节日。

它是中秋节。

People get together with their families to have a big dinner, too.
人们也和家人聚在一起吃大餐。

They eat mooncakes, talk happily and enjoy looking at the beautiful round moon. 他们吃月饼，愉快地谈话并欣赏美丽的园月。

Some people cannot go back home, but they can look at the moon and think about their families. 一些人不能回家，但是他们可以望着月亮，思念他们的家人。

（三）动物过冬的方法
How do animals spend winter safely? Different animals have different ways. 动物们怎么安全过冬呢？不同的动物有不同的方法。

Some animals collect their winter food in the autumn.
一些动物在秋天收集食物。

In the winter, they just stay at home and eat the food they collect in the autumn. 冬天，它们就待在家里，吃它们在秋天储存的食物。

Many birds cannot find food in the winter, so they fly from the north to the south in the autumn. They fly back the next spring.
许多鸟在冬天找不到食物，所以它们秋天从北方飞到南方。

来年春天它们再飞回来。

Some animals sleep for a long time in the winter. 一些动物要冬眠。

They eat a lot of food in the autumn. 它们秋天吃掉很多食物。

In the winter, they do not eat anything. 冬天，它们什么也不吃。

My favourite season is 季节. It’s cool/warm/cold/hot/sunny/ windy/ cloudy/snowy in 季节. There are 事物1 and 事物2 in this season. I like to 活动1 with my friends/parents in 季节. I also like 活动2.。
