一、教学目标
知识目标:
1.能听、说、认读单词:on、in、behind、next to、under。
2.能听、说、认读句子:“Where is the cat?”,“The cat is
on/in/behind/next to/under the chair.”
能力目标:
1.训练学生听力,提高学生听懂英语的能力。
2.训练学生口语,提高学生运用英语进行交流的能力。
3.发展学生阅读能力,提高学生对英语语言的理解。
情感目标:
1.培养学生的听从教师指令的能力。
2.培养学生的团队合作意识,提高学生在小组活动中的表现能力。
3.通过课堂教学,让学生对英语语言和英语文化产生浓厚的兴趣。
二、教学重点和难点
教学重点:
1.能够识别和掌握单词:on、in、behind、next to、under。
2.能够听懂和运用句子:“Where is the cat?”,“The cat is
on/in/behind/next to/under the chair。
”
教学难点:
1.让学生在理解和运用英语句子时,避免过度依赖汉语翻译。
2.培养学生英语思维和表达能力,使其习惯于用英语进行交流。
三、教学准备
1.教学PPT。
2.五把椅子。
3.一副卡片,上面印着on、in、behind、next to、under。
4.一艘旗舰(鼓励教师自制)。
四、教学过程
Step1:Warm up
1.Greet the students and ask them how they are feeling today.
2.Have the students stand up and do some simple stretches or exercises.
3.Sing a song or play a game to get the students energized and focused.
Step2:Presentation
1.Show the five cards with on、in、behind、next to、under on them to the students.
2.Ask one student to come to the front of the class and sit on a chair.
3.Show the card with the wor d on it and ask the students “Where is the pencil?” and encourage them to answer “The pencil is on the chair”.
4.Repeat the process with the other four words.
Step3:Practice
1.Divide the class into five groups. Each group chooses a card with
a word on it and then forms a line behind a chair.
2.The teacher holds a flag, walks around the chairs and stops behind
a chair, and then asks the corresponding group “Where is the cat?”
3.The group must reply in complete sentences, “The cat is
on/in/behind/next to/under the c hair.”
4.If the group replies correctly, they get a point and move to the next round.
Step4:Production
1.Ask the students to work in pairs and draw a picture of a room with some objects in it.
2.One student asks the other “Where is the cat?”
3.The other student must reply in complete sentences with one of the five prepositions.
4.The students then switch roles.
Step5:Closing
1.Review the vocabulary and sentence structures used in the lesson.
2.Ask the students to share what they have learned in the lesson.
3.Give each student a small reward or certificate of achievement.
五、教学评估
1.师生互动:检查学生发音的准确性和学习效率。
2.活动记录:记录学生在小组活动中的表现和交流能力。
3.作业评估:修改学生的作业和书写能力。
4.声音记录:记录学生在听力环节中的表现和提高方案。
