每天至少听15分钟,边听边跟读,这样大部分的单词基本上都会读了。
在初一第一学期,我就教了音标,一些学生能运用音标来读单词,不会读的跟磁带学,还有再不会的,我会让科代表在早自习或是下午自习的时候教读。
这样就能节约时间,使课堂有更多的时间进行情境交际了。
重要的句子对话要求学生能背。
还有就是值日生报告。
内容包括:天气,学生出勤,上一节课或近期所学的重要句子。
我是从七年级下学期开始进行,安排学生按位置进行,值日生把星期几和当天的天气情况写在黑板的角落里,并在上课时做值日生报告,这样能使每位学生都有机会发言,并且能迫使较差的学生去询问、去准备。

每当有类似活动的时候,老师们都会主动地调课,尽量参加。
八年级的教学研讨会,七年级的老师也主动去。
微格课比赛,刘献慧老师参赛,陪赛的老师们早早地到达,占据最佳位置,录像、做笔记等。
特别值得一提的是刘学真老师。
她是我们组的“大姐”,是自贡市骨干教师,并已是高级职称,但她非常谦虚,对待工作仍然非常积极、主动,这让我备受鼓舞。
二、备课组同课异构活动本学期,教研组公开课开课率达到100%。
除张泽辉老师产假以外,其余老师全部参与公开课。
以往的公开课都是老师们自己选内容来上,往往都会选自己擅长的,好上的部分。
而且每个老师的内容不一样,相处几年,大家都熟悉了,似乎都对这种方式疲惫了。
而本学期,开学之初,张主任要求教研组先自己上报公开课教师名单,我的第一反应是全体老师都上。

随着英语学习中新的词汇量的增加,学生学习英语的积极性严重受到挫伤,使学生学习英语处于被动地位。
没有掌握拼读能力,就等于没有进入英语学习的大门。
基于这种原因,这套教材它十分重视语音教学这块内容。
但由于语音教学的内容放在partc 部分,许多教师在教学实践中,为了赶教学进度,语音教学经常被忽视,再加上音标教学本身具有枯燥性,很难激起学生的学习兴趣。
因此,到小学毕业,不会拼读音标的学生大有人在,这严重影响了学生的后续英语学习。
因此,在小学英语教学中搞好语音教学迫在眉睫。
下面,我就根据上次观摩课的情况对如何进行语音教学进行了一些总结。
一、整体把握教材,抓住语音教学的契机1•采用“随风潜入夜,润物细无声。
”的教学方式小学生的接受能力不如中学生,集中学习音标不符合儿童的年龄特征及认知规律,集中学习音标会使小学生产生厌烦情绪。
因此,在教学单词时,教师要采用“随风潜入夜,润物细无声。
”的教学方式让学生通过观察单词的发音和拼写,归纳读音规则,使学生在不知不觉中了解字母与音素之间的内在联系。
教师应充分利用教材每单元的c部分的pronunciation,但教师不能单纯地靠每单元安排一节课来完成P art C部分的语音教学内容。
语音教学应贯穿于每一堂英语课中,特别是渗透于单词、词汇教学之中。
这样,学生不仅不会产生厌烦情绪,并且可以保持语音教学的持久性。

受教科室朱主任的委派,这个星期的例会上要求我就如何建设和-谐奋进的教研组做个简单的介绍。
接到这个任务,我是诚惶诚恐埃我担任高中英语教研组组长的时间并不长,很多东西都在学习中,更谈不上经验之说了。
我就我的亲身感受说几句。
如有不到之处还望大家海涵。
今年是我到三中的第十个年头,在这十年中,我目睹了学校的发展,也经历了自身的成长和教学理念的改变。
经历了由传统教学到现代课堂教学的改革。
这是一个探索而又不容易的过程。
记得刚到三中时,大家都怕别人去听课,怕上公开课,对一些集体活动也不是那么有激-情,当然这其中也包括我们英语组。
但到现在,我们高中英语组的所有老师都不怕别人来听课。
也不怕上公开课,甚至敢主动邀请学校领导去听课。
学校有什么集体活动,都是积极配合。
同行之间能够毫无保留地互相帮助。
这样的局面确实让人欣喜,也让我感动。
我们教研组之所以能够和-谐,奋进,充满活力和激-情,首先得感谢学校领导让我们以教研组为单位在同一个办公室进行集体办公,这使得我们整个教研组各个成员之间得以零距离接触。
这样方便大家彼此了解,沟通,而且更有利于大家进行集体备课,交流意见。
为教研组的发展搭建了一个很好的平台。
其次,作为教研组长,要尊重每一位老师,因为他们是有血有肉,有思想,有感情的人。
要善于发现他们身上的闪光点。
每个老师身上都有值得我学习的地方。
从他们的身上我学会了工作要敬业,更要专业;做人要热心,大度,开朗。
更重要的是不要太计较,心里要有阳光,因为一个人内心出充满阳光,他看到的世界便是阳光的;如果他内心充满黑暗,他看到的世界便是黑暗的。
只要我们不太计较个人得失,认同了我们是一个集体,一切都是为了这个集体服务,做起事来便没有什么困难的。
让我很感动的是现在高一年级英语备课组,不论有什么任务,他们从不推辞,都是欣然接受。
而尤其让我感动的是高三英语组备课组长李杰老师,他总是说“有事你说话,我们全力配合教研组的工作。
”在这些老师的感染下,现在的高中英语教研组都有了一个共识。
那就是我们是一个集体,是和-谐,勤奋的集体。
大家都只想将我们组搞的更好。
另外,教研组的建设和发展,其实是老师不断成长和自我提升的过程。
需要时间,需要认同与鼓励,也需要激励。
让我印象最深的是当初建博客的事。
我只说了一句话:“谁在一个星期内建成了博客,我请他吃早饭。
”结果不到一个星期,他们都有了自己的博客。
随后便有了很多优秀的博文。
是老师们缺那么几块钱的早餐钱吗?不!只是他们的劳动需要认同与肯定。
在此我想说,如果学校能多些实质性的鼓励与肯定,我想我们以后的教研氛围会更浓,教学效果会更好的。
还有,我认为教研组的建设与稳定,确实需要一些集体活动。
这样的活动会起到粘和剂的作用,将每一个老师紧紧地团结在一起。
我们英语组的和-谐,奋进与充满激-情,都是在这样的活动中得以体现的。
最后我想说的是,网络教研真的是一个很好的平台。
在这里,老师之间可以互相探讨和交流。
平常没时间,没机会说的话或者教学心得在这个空间里都能得到展现。
如果有更多的领导能到这个空间里来和老师交流,沟通,就会发现,其实我们的老师是热爱我们的工作的,是敬业的,也是专业的。
只是他们的热情需要进一步的点燃,他们的工作需要认同,肯定与鼓励罢了。

提升.课堂教学要体现学生对知识的学习和掌握过程,语言活动过程要呈现逐步深入和上升的推进过程;要关注语言的运用.通过操练获得的语言技能在进一步的运用中转化为初步的语言运用能力;要关注语境的创设,更要关注语境的真实、自然;要关注活动的设计,更要关注活动的有效性.
3.认真批改作业.要切实减轻学生的过重负担,作业要精心挑选,精心批改,要求书写端正清楚,必要时应课上评讲甚至个别面批面评,订正要严格认真,一丝不苟.。
