使用梯子的安全程序

Procedures for Safe Use of Ladder

−根据工作需要选择合适的梯子

Select proper ladder according to work demand.

−将梯子固定好。不要登上梯子的顶级，不要试图去触摸离梯子太远的目标。

Fix the ladder. Do not step on the top of the ladder. Do not try to touch target too far away from the ladder.

−以适宜的角度架设梯子，并且需有人在下面把持梯子以保持其稳定性。要将梯子架设在平整的地面上。

从梯子上跌落会造成十分严重的伤害，因此在工作中应当尽可能地预防。

Erect the ladder in a proper angle, another staff is required to hold the ladder below to keep its stability. The ladder should be erected on the flat floor. Falling from the ladder will cause very severe injury, which should be prevented as possible during the work.

1.使用前确保梯子的结构稳定。

Insure that the ladder structure is stable before use.

2.确保所有的支撑点无损坏。

Insure no damage of all supporting points.

3.在没有防滑措施的处理下不要将梯子架靠在墙壁上。

Do not lean the ladder against wall without antiskid measures.

4.为防止从梯子上跌落，需要检查梯子本身并不是很滑。

In order to prevent falling from the ladder, the ladder itself should be checked for no slip.

5.在登上梯子前要确保您所穿的鞋子不滑。

Insure the shoes are not slippery before stepping on ladder.

6.当需要工作的高度高于8英尺或2.5米时必须有一个人在下面帮助把持梯子。

When the height suitable for work is over 8 feet or 2.5m, a person is required to help holding the ladder below.

7.要保证在梯子的底角上有橡胶防滑垫角。

Insure that base corners of the ladder have rubber antiskid pads.

8.梯子在使用后要进行彻底的清洁和维护。

Clean and maintain the ladder completely after use.

9.不要随便在梯子上放置任何工具和物品，以防在移动梯子时有物品从梯子上不慎掉落下来。

Do not place any tool or items on the ladder randomly so as to prevent items from falling off the ladder when

moving the ladder.

10.不用临时简易的梯子。

Do not use simple and temporary ladder.

11.根据工作的位置选择不同高度的梯子。

Select ladder of different height according to working position.

12.梯子有损坏应立即更换或维修。

If ladder is damaged, immediately replace or repair it.
