QF—12D直流起动发电机技术说明书目录一、概述二、使用条件三、技术性能四、产品结构五、使用及维护(一)安装(二)产品的故障及排除方法(三)分解及装配(四)维护六、承制厂保证七、附录20台产品备件清单一、概述QF-12D直流起动发电机(以下简称起动发电机)发电状态时为一并激直流发电机,起动状态时为一复激电动机。

起动发电机在起动航空涡轮喷气发动机时,由机场地面电源或由机上蓄电瓶供电。

将发动机起动完毕后,则由飞机发动机经双速传动装置带动,此时断开串激绕组,电机作并激发电机工作,向电网输电。

其转向从传动端看为逆时针方向,工作位置为电机中心线处于水平状态。

由于起动发无专用防油装置,电机以后端盖固定于发电机上,因此要求航粉发动机有防油装置,防止双速传动装置的油流入发电机内。

二、使用条件起动发电机使用下列条件工作(一)海拔高度达18000米。

(二)周围介质和冷却空气的温度见表1和表2。

(三)当温度为20±5℃时,周围空气的相对湿度达98%,电机作发电机工作时,依靠迎面气流强迫通风冷却。

在作电动机工作时,当周围介质温度从—55℃到+60℃时的地面条件下应正常工作。

(四)起动发电机作发电机工作时,为了使输出电压恒定,并联工作稳定及防止逆电流,防止过压,必须与下列电源系统附件协同工作。

1、JTY—12晶体调压器;2、CJ—400C差动低限继电器;3、BJD—1A过压保护器;4、HZ—12平衡电阻;注:TY—B、B炭片调压器与R—13可变电阻,Wy—1稳压器,CZTD—2—160—4电容器协同工作,可替代JTY—12晶体调压器。

该控制器适合安装在各种无线红外探测器、无线门磁因高大建筑物或复杂地形等因素影响无线发射距离的场所,可转发或折射无线信号,延长发射距离或绕过高大建筑物和复杂地形,使主机能够接收到探测器、无线门磁发射的无线信号,从而构成远程大范围无线集群网。
