304N国标0Cr19Ni9N, 是一种含氮的不锈钢,加氮是为了提高钢的强度。

305和384 不锈钢含有较高的镍,其加工硬化率低,适用于对冷成型性要求高的地方.在304的基础上减少S、Mn,添加N元素来防止塑性降低,提高钢的强度;改善耐点腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀和间隙腐蚀性能。

应用范围:作为不锈钢使用最广泛,适用于石油、化工设备。

适用制造输酸管道、容器等。

304N2国标0Cr19Ni10NbN,与304相比添加了N、Nb为结构件用的高强度钢。

适用于:构件、路灯、水管、储水罐等。

309S(0Cr23Ni13),特性:可承受980 ℃以下反复加热,具有较高的高温强度及抗氧化性、抗渗碳性能。

用途:炉用材料。

耐热钢常用于制造锅炉、汽轮机、工业炉以及航空、石化等工业部门中在高温下工作的零部件。

310S(0Cr25Ni20/0Cr25Ni20Si2),耐热不锈钢,国内牌号0Cr25Ni20,美国牌号310S,又称2520,用于耐高温炉管制造主要特征:奥氏体型不锈钢。

用途举例: 抗氧化性好等。

特性:适于制作各种炉用构件、最高温度1200 ℃,连续使用温度1150 ℃。

315J1特性:与316相当的耐腐蚀性的省钼不锈钢,在日本国内已代替316得到广泛使用,使用结果反映良好,且价格低廉,同比316便宜几千元/吨,具有很高性价比。

用途:航空器、排管、锅炉汽包。

316L国标00Cr17Ni14Mo2,作为316钢种的低C系列,除与316钢的有相同的特性外,其抗晶界腐蚀性优.应用在:316钢的特别用途中对抗晶腐蚀有特别要求的产品。
