医学图像融合技术在肿(1. 九江市第一人民医院放疗室,江西 九江 332000;2. 九江市妇幼保健院手术室,江西 九江 332000)
摘要:目的 分析医学图像融合技术在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取 2018 年 1 月至 2019 年 12 月于本院接受放射治疗的肿 瘤患者 70 例,分别采用 CT 图像融合技术及 MRI 图像融合技术,分析患者放射治疗的靶区勾画效果。结果 CT 联合 MRI 融合勾画的肿瘤体 积高于 CT、MRI 勾画的肿瘤体积,CT 联合 MRI 融合勾画的肿瘤靶区占 MRI 勾画的肿瘤靶区比重,低于占 CT 勾画的肿瘤靶区比重,差异有统 计学意义(P<0.05)。与 CT 联合 MRI 融合勾画的肿瘤靶区比较,CT 显示的勾画靶区差异 21 例,占 30.0%;MRI 显示的勾画靶区差异 17 例,占 24.29%;两者比较差异无统计学意义。结论 肿瘤放射治疗时采用医学图像融合技术,能提高放射靶区勾画效果,确保放射治疗的安全性及 有效性,值得临床推广应用。

sion technology were used respectively, and the target area drawing effect of radiotherapy was analyzed. Results The tumor volume of CT combined with MRI was higher than that of CT and MRI, and the tumor target area delineated by CT combined with MRI fusion accounted for the proportion of the tumor target area delineated by MRI, which was lower than the proportion of the tumor target area delineated by CT, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the tumor target area delineated by CT combined with MRI fusion, 21 cases (30.0%) showed the difference in the target area delineated by CT, 17 cases (24.29%) showed the difference in the target area delineated by MRI, and there was no statistical significance between the two methods. Conclusion The application of medical image fusion technology in tumor radiotherapy can improve the effect of radiation target delineation, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of radiotherapy. It is worthy of clinical application.

放射是治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段之一,但肿瘤细胞分布 不均 ,血运不同及细胞的异质性 ,不同肿瘤细胞核团的辐射 敏感性差异较大[1]。有研究[2]报道 ,恶性肿瘤局部控制不佳 或复发的主要原因是由于乏氧细胞对放射的抗拒性。因此, 恶性肿瘤患者放射治疗时 ,制定精确的放射治疗方案 ,提高 放射治疗的安全性及有效性,是临床研究的热点。随着医学 影像技术 、计算机技术快速发展 ,肿瘤放射治疗逐渐进入精 确放射治疗的时代 ,而为达到精确放射治疗的目的 ,医学融 合技术应运而生[3-4]。医学融合技术是利用不同波长和成像 原理的传感器 ,对同一物体行不同类型及时间段的拍摄 ,并 将其融合为新的图像[5]。本研究对放射治疗患者采用医学图 像融合技术 ,旨在为临床放射治疗提供参考依据 ,现报道 如下。
