2.过滤器可分为两种,一是偶尔的情况下去除颗粒。

第二种连续式的过滤时,有自清功能的过滤器是必要的条件。

滤膜材质(filter media)对于灰尘颗粒选择适当的滤膜是非常重要的。

指定太好的滤膜将会导致成本价格的增加及过度的保养周期。

对于液态样品,过滤到8μm以下就可以保护马达及轴承了;过滤到2μm以下就可以保护光学系统;过滤到1μm以下就可以满足GC样品阀的需求。

对于气体,0.6μm的滤膜已经可以过滤90%的状况。

滤膜寿命取决于样品粒子浓度、网目及滤膜材质种类。

此外,烧结材质不好清理,且易碎。

(A)保护型过滤器(Protective filter)1.过滤器:Y型过滤器适合于制程上有合适保养点的类型。

No entrainment of any species at any life stage Minimum impingement rates (<8%) for eggs and high survival rates for impinged eggs (>91% for shad eggs) Yolk-sac larvae impingement rates relatively high (58.1%) and survival rates of impinged yolk-sac larvae low (0-33%)

No signs of diminished performance after 72 days in the Taunton River “Based on the data, the low slot velocity and high ambient cross channel velocity resulted in very low impingement rates…” “…impinged organisms…swim away once water withdrawal is suspended..” “Since [the proposed intake] will occupy about 12.5% of the river cross section, most ichthyoplankton will pass…without encountering the intake..”
