在招展函中，观众分析、现场反馈、展会的特色和创新之处都是必不可少一个部分，能够为招展函增资添色，吸引更多的展商和客商。

1.观众分析 Visitor Analysis
本届“工博会”共计观众10.6万，专业观众达8.5万，这反应了本届“工博会”按专业化设展和注意交易方面的进步，也说明“工博会”在观众组织上和在注重质量方面的收获。

专业观众中来自境外的为0.86万人，来自日本、美国、韩国、德国、英国、中国台湾、中国香港等54个国家或地区（亚洲69.82%，欧洲15.54%，美洲14.64%）；其中有8个组团是由国外政府部门和专业协会专门组织来“工博会”洽谈的。

本届“工博会”由上海市展览协会对展会作独立的综合评估，在展会现场对参展商和观众进行了为期5天的意见征询调查。

就展览秩序、布展质量、配套服务、客户组织、宣传报道以及本届“工博会”的专业化、国际化程度进行现场评分。

65%的展商有意向参加下届“工博会”。

An independent general evaluation report of CIIF 2006 was made by Shanghai Conference and Exhibition Industry Association after 5 days’ on-site research and investigation of the options of exhibitions and visitors, in terms of on-site order, booth decoration, on-site service, visitor organization, media promotion, as well as the specialization and internationalization of CIIF,2006. 65% of exhibitions expressed their intention to participate again in CIIF 2007.
3.本届展会的特色和创新之处 The special feature and innovation of exhibition
为加强辽宁中部七城市农业对外交流合作，增强国际、国内市场竞争能力，促进农业发展和农民增收，辽宁中部七城市确定2008年9月26日至29日，在辽宁工业展览馆举办以“绿色、和谐、创新、发展”为主题的2008年9月26日，在辽宁工业展览馆举办以“绿色、和谐、创新、发展”为主题的2008年中国沈阳国际农业博览会（简称：“农博会”）。

本届农博会重点突出有机、绿色、无公害、农产品，大力宣传农产品质量安全，并开展名优特新农产品展销，农业高新技术、先进设备、工程项目等新农村建设成果展示，安排产品交易、经贸洽谈、项目推介、和谐乡村游等活动。
