Unit 6 Winter vacation
Lesson 1
这节课是第六单元的第一课时，本单元是以“winter
vacation ” 为话题而展
开，在这一课时主要以winter vacation
plan 做为主要内容，学习重点单
词和句子，带领学生一起讨论自己的冬日假期计划。

1. 学习本单元重点
单词， vacation, cold weather, math, club,
winter 。

2. 根据本单元的主题，学生学会使用 what do you usually do? What
are you going to do? I am going to do sth. 等重点语句和同
学进行交流。

3. 根据已学知识，回答本节课相关问题。

【能力目标】
1. 提高学生与他人交流的能力。

2. 学生可以联系日常生活实际运用所学知识，提高学生的实际运用能力。

【情感目标】 提高学生语言表达能力，和所学知识在日常交流中的热情，提
高学生敢于表达的自信。

【教学重点】
学会使用what do you usually do? what are you going to do?
I am going to do sth.
【教学难点】
在实际生活中运用所学知识进行交流。

Step1. Activity and warm-up
T: Let ’s begin the lesson 1 winter vacation. Now, look at
these cartoons, Binbin is making a plan for his winter
vacation. What do you usually do in your winter vacation?
Then ask students to talk about his/her winter vacation.
S: I usually go to go to the library and read books. I
usually go to HarBin and play in the snow. I usually go
to help my parents do some chores.
I usually go to buy toys, clothes and presents.
Step2. Listen and talk
T: 1: When you plan to do sth. ,you can use “I am going to …”. When you ask others, you can use “what are you going to do…?”.
2: Play the recording in the dialogue and ask the students to listen and answer the questions. Then check the answers. Q: How many people are in the dialogue? What is the girl going to do ? What is the boy going to do?
S:There are three people in the dialogue.The girl is doing to learn Chinese painting. The boy is going to train for a basketball match.
Step 3. Read and vocabulary
1.Play the recording about the new words and ask the students to listen and check what they hear.
2. Play it again and ask the students to check the words they hear.
3. The teacher put some pictures about the new words and Check the answers with the whole students.
Step 4. Game
1: The teacher ask some students to talk about their winter vacation. Then write the answers on the blackboard.
Q: What are you going to do?
S: I am going to celebrate festival. I am going to learn dumplings. I am going to visit my uncle.
I am going to watch a basketball watch.
I am going to help my parents do housework.
Put the students into groups of two to practice the dialogue.The students repeat it several times,changing roles each time.
Step 5. Practice
What are you going to do in this vacation?
In this vacation,I am going to___________________. The teacher ask some students to write his/her answers on the blackboard.
Step 6. Homework
1. Recite the text.
2. Master the words.。
