Last summer, I had the amazing opportunity to attend a summer camp in the United States. It was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life. During the camp, I was able to improve my English skills and make friends from all over the world. The camp was located in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by mountains and forests. We had the chance to go hiking, swimming, and even do some rock climbing.
One of the best parts of the camp was the cultural exchange. I had the chance to learn about American culture and share my own culture with others. We had international nights where each country represented at the camp would share their traditional food, music, and dances. It was a great way to learn about different cultures and make new friends.
I also had the chance to improve my English speaking skills. I was a bit nervous at first, but the supportive environment at the camp made it easier for me to practice speaking English. I remember one time when I was trying to explain a traditional dish from my country to my American friends, and they were so interested and asked me so many questions. It was a great feeling to be able to share my culture and language with others.
Overall, the summer camp in the United States was an incredible experience. Not only did I improve my English skills, but I also made lifelong friends and learned so much about different cultures. I will always cherish the memories and hope to attend another camp in the future.
